Absolutely fantastic service and Phil is my hero! He went above and beyond.Phil talked to me in the morning and the part was a day away. I explained my family was stranded, we live 4 hours away and my son is missing school. We needed to get home that day so I could get my dog and get my son back in school. I asked if there was anyway he could get the repair that day given the situation....otherwise I would have to rent a u-haul and tow it home myself. Phil called around to other dealerships and found the parts we needed. He got our car back to us and working by 2pm so we could finally head home and even topped off the fluids in the car and fixed a pesky batter cable to ensure we wouldn't have any more issues getting home. He went above and beyond so my family could make it home safely and we are truly grateful for his help and amazing customer service.”
