I brought my 95 year old aunt to Boston Lewis get a ring cut off of her finger. The ring was so tight she could not remove the ring and it was causing her hand and arm pain. The people there are angels!!!! They were able to cut the ring off and give her sooooooo much relief!!! Would recommend them without hesitation. They have such beautiful items in their store!!!! Will be going shopping there soon!!!

Ken did a great job helping me design, and pick out the stones for a custom engagement ring. Ken's knowledge and care is quite apparent. He was able to come through with an extremely high quality product even on a tight deadline! Highly recommend.

It's been a long time coming writing this review. But as I sit in the summer sun looking at my fiancés absolutely gorgeous engagement ring, I remembered need to download this app and write a review to thank Kenny, and say that I am still blown away at how beautiful the ring is. He made the process from when I stepped foot in the door, with absolutely no clue what I was doing, had a picture on my phone, and that was about it. But he made it work. Everything was perfect, and I'm going to keep this short and sweet, get your jewelry here! You will be taken care of, plan and simple. I loved my experience, the final product was out of this world, and it all was finished and wrapped up for me right on time when I needed it. Btw, she said yes!

Found Boston Louis thanks to Yelp for a gift for my wife and later found she knows them well. Contacted Kenny for help with an anniversary gift. He spent time walking me through a bunch of options, helped me land on a ring that my wife loves. There was a minor problem with the ring, brought it back and was fixed in like 24 hours. Having looked up Boston Louis Jewelers on Yelp and encouraged by the good reviews, I took my ring which had just lost a diamond to have them replace the gem. With some concern,I thought I would have to leave my ring, but within an hour the diamond was replaced, the ring cleaned, and at what I thought was a most reasonable price I went home wearing my diamond ring. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I can't imagine a better experience.
