I heard a noise in my car, Cody from Bock picked up my car. Had the mechanics take it for a ride found the problem called me. I gave them my consent. They worked on the car as soon as they got the parts and brought it back to me before 2 o’clock that same day. I was very pleased with their professionalism. Bock Automotive has been my shop of choice for my last 4 vehicles. They always get me scheduled in quickly, do first rate work and the car is ready ahead of time. They are quick, communicative, accommodating, and honest. They let you know what needs immediate attention and what can wait if you have a budget for the month. Via email they will send you itemized lists of services needed with costs (incl all fees and taxes) that you can select for approval, which is great if you cannot get on the phone at work. No pressure or price gouging, and if you have a part they won't bully you into buying one from them instead. Honest folk!Cody, who mans the desk, is so personable and makes you feel at home. Gem of a human being. Never have felt so secure at a shop!

I called at 4 PM and discussed with the mechanic about what I suspected was a blown stabilizer end link noise. I called the nearest auto repair shop the other day when I had car trouble. I got so lucky to have called Bock Automotive!!! They took me right away and made sure my car was safe before letting me go on my way.Cody was wonderful and the mechanic (whose name I did not get) was excellent.I was treated with care and respect. I will be back because I know my car will be in good hands with Bock Automotive.
