Owner is nice on the phone. That's about it. After taking my puppy home from his grooming session he seemed off. I then noticed his whiskers were cut off. Very upset about this. His haircut is also terrible. I have to take him to another groomer to fix her mess. I asked her to fix it before I left saying it looked like he has a mullet. Owner told me that's how he should look. Terrible.

My dog Max is always anxious about everything but they are super friendly and fast too so my dog wouldn't be stressed too long. When I go to pick him up he's always so happy and often makes friends and it makes me feel so at ease taking him here. They always do such a great job. He walks out so soft, smelling so good and sometimes with a cute seasonal bandana. Love these guys for treating my dog like one of their own.

I have been taking my three dogs here for a few years and the owner is amazing she does a great job with my dogs and treats them like her own. There cuts always look beautiful and I feel comfortable leaving them as I know they are in good hands.

Domino always looks and smells beautiful after her grooming and bath. More importantly, she is actually happy to be there - she wags her tail enthusiastically and loves it! She is only happy like that with one other person and that is her Vet, Dr. Krupnick.

Thank you so much for taking great care in grooming Rocco and Renzo! You did such a great job on both our fur babies - we are very happy!They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what to do with both my babies in dire need of grooming with knots and long nails. Will definitely be back and we highly recommend you take your fur babies there.

Iwona is the best,we have ultra hipper Golden Retriever, she gets groomed and she looks like a show dog.Wouldent go anywhere else!!!

I didn't want to write a bad review because the owner was a sweetheart- but when I took my dog here he got skinned at his private area. Had to get antibiotics, topical cream and was in a cone for almost 3 weeks. I understand accidents happen but this was bad. Owner also offered to pay for vet bill which was thoughtful but I declined. Picture are throughout healing process.
