Just stopped by to drop off an Amazon package prior to them closing and the employee was walking out the door and said she already shut down the system and they were closed for the day. Complete waste of time.

I read that the store opened at 8:30 and I was here at 8:25. By 8:35 no one had arrived. I tried to call on the phone, and no one answered the phone. Not very good service!

So glad we have a UPS store in our town because it makes shipping and returns so easy. We've been to this store multiple times for returns and when we have to have a notary. They're always friendly and helpful.
