Me and my wife Jennifer having been bringing our dog since a puppy as of last year and we couldn't be more thankful for the workers there now SPECIFICALLY Karen, Michelle, Natalie, Deb and Cam who I see personally taking care of and running that store. However it's evident they are overworked, underpaid and short staffed. This is not the first but second time i've taken my large dog home and he has been covered in his own urine and feces because they are constantly taking care of the store running it correctly however they can only do so much. They need more help to ensure this is the wonderful environment we've come to know that it is for our boy. My dog today was in the trust of one person running the kennels, his collar was placed entirely wrong and sat in his own urine drenched as if he was left there the entire time only to then be just handed off to us with no explanation. That worker was not mentioned above and clearly shows he does not care about the dogs there. Those who do go the extra mile for us, not only deserve more but better employees who match their enthusiasm because THEY are the reason we keep coming back to support this establishment.

Sick puppies, fish, and reptiles- dead birds, and amphibians - poorly cared for feeding animals/insects- over priced puppies- poor customer service- no customer support, even for loyal customers.If you can avoid this place, please do. I used to shop here, now I’d rather pay a toll.

I have been to this store many times. I buy goldfish and koi for my ponds. This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to fish. Every week fish prices are not listed, fish have ick, every fish I have purchased (hundreds of dollars) have died. They only offer a 24 hr fish policy if they die. But the place they get their fish offer a 14 day policy. I have many other fish from PetSmart and Petco and not 1 has died. I have complained and brought it up to staff attention but nothing has been done. It's a waste of money and would 100% NOT recommend getting ANY fish from here! Will not be returning.

My gixxer ripped his nail really bad and it's been bothering him. Michelle took great care of his other fingers n toes first they never looked so good he's always ugly toes. She was so gentle with him. She really treated him with love. Thank you again.

My husband and I adopted our beautiful little cat from PV PETS over a year ago, and the staff was so warm and helpful. Our cat is such a wonderful addition to our family.

Not overly impressed with this place... we go to various pet stores across the east coast to see what they have to offer. Tank and supply prices were decent, but animal care was not up to par. Saw this leopard gecko in a 12x12 with another leopard gecko, both underweight. This one's eyes were stuck shut due to stuck shed and it appears to also have mouth rot and was laying in a puddle of water in the tank. We brought it up to one of the employees who took it to the back and after 10 minutes she claimed it was fine and doing better and she was able to remove the stuck shed and get it's eyes open, however she did not make eye contact with us and seemed off about the whole situation.

Kitty is AMAZING! I cannot thank her enough! My mother and I put our pups in boarding this past week. I was a little nervous about leaving my pup. I love my dog so much and hate to leave him. Kitty stepped in and said to write my information at the front and she would contact me while he was in boarding. She was very good at keeping me informed on how he was doing. I cannot thank Kitty enough! Absolutely amazing!

100% recommend this shop. The staff was awesome and the selection of puppies makes it so difficult you just want to take them all home. A little expensive but I honestly think it was totally worth every penny. My puppy was healthy and the staff was super helpful with my whole experience. Would purchase from PV again!

My 1.5yr old cat has cancer. He was sick when we bought him (didn't know it at the time until the vet gave him antibiotics) and now he's dying before his 2nd birthday :( Please do better with testing your animals before you sell them and investigate where they come from before profiting from them.
