I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Not only were they very courteous and friendly but they were also very knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, they would get one.”

“Hi, I am incredibly late with my review, I was helped on 12 Oct 2023 and it was accidentally. I was calling to reach for the manager for a PA location in Brookhaven over an issue with in-store trade-in status and the delay some 2 weeks later. I was helped by, the new and current manager, I think his name was Bobby. He is incredible. He was so patient and empathetic to the situation and explained the process of what a typical trade-in in-store would be then proceeded to follow with information should a customer not have the typical experience and whom to reach out to. He is so knowledgeable with the procedure, process and explained so in a way he to ensure customers would understand what is expected . He did not have to stay on the phone with me especially when it had absolutely nothing to do with his store but I appreciate the information greatly. Bobby, and I really really hope that was your name, you were incredible and I truly appreciate your expertise and customer service on that call! If you are a current ATT customer I’d highly recommend the services here. If the manager has this empathetic behavior I’d imagine he’s helping the training aspect in store associates as well.”

W was the President.So naturally I was skeptical about these so called “smart” phones. But the folks at this T Mobile alleviated my concerns about the uprising of artificial intelligence.Did you know phones get video on them now? Incredible.The employees even helped me get my glass protector on my phone.”

“Just moved up this way about a year ago from living in Pennsylvania my whole life. Needed to find a new metro by t-mobile store to go to. I came across this one, & my first experience was great!! The store associate Jesus was very nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. Not too mention he went out of his way to pick up the phone i wanted on his way in to work because his store was out of the galaxy A51 5g. Which by the way is a great phone! He's a man of his word. “I visited several other locations recently and in the past. This location by far has the best customer service in the world!. A few days ago I had Mike who went far and beyond to meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and was the most helpful representative out of all the TMobile stores I've visited. He had all the answers and advice I was seeking. I ended up wanting another item and was dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday at location closer to my house so today I went back to purchase that item at the Newcastle one again and was extremely pleased with Bill. He helped me in the most professional and caring way. I'm glad I came back to experience greatness again!.I would give this location a thousand stars if I could!.
