The Staff Was Very Kind And Knowledgeable. The Entrance Needs To be Cleaned Of Tree Branches and Twiggs . This Is A Tripping Hazard and Dangerous For The Handicap.
WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOME HEAT IN THE BLOOD DRAW AREA. My Coat Was On The Whole Visit Because Heater Was Broken Down....

Long wait. Also the check in process is not user friendly to the elderly and non English speaking communities. I’m currently here witnessing it. This wait is ridiculous. I’m literally here waiting to drop off a specimen it’s been 41 minutes.

This Labcorp is closest to my home so I use them regularly for blood work and urine samples etc. The staff are very kind and supportive. The phlebotomists are all gentle and skilled in their jobs and endeavor to make you feel cared for. I want to thank them for their service and hope they are appreciated by management and other clients. Thank you

Went there today with my mom for the first time. And the black man was the only person working. The office was packed and he did a great job. He was pleasent, and handled every one with a smile and a kind word. He took care of each and every person with care and in a timely manner. Considering he was the only employee he did a great job. He even helped us get our paper work faxed over so we didn't have to reschedule and upset my mom. What a great experience and an great employee. Ty.

I went in to get blood work with an appointment waited 40 minutes for the one young lady to tell me there wasn’t any more kits. She had her mask below her nose and was coughing and coughed on her hands. Not once did she sanitize her hands while trying to look for the kit. She looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. She straight up told me to go somewhere else since they didn’t have a kit after 40 minutes.

I usually go to Woodstown, but for some reason decided to give this location another try. I ended up walking out again because the phlebotomist was unable to draw blood and instead of getting help just kept attempting the draw and broke what was apparently the only butterfly needle in the entire facility. During the entire encounter the staff member never apologized for missing the draw or even indicated that they understood they were sticking needles in me . The staff at this location really needs to be better trained.

I have had bad experiences at this lab in the past, but today was a pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally good. The technician and receptionist were very kind and courteous.
