“Tim did a great job greeting every customer and checking back with them with assistance finding stuff and bringing their attention to some deep discounted clearance items. The store and restroom were spotless. The store is very organized with everything in its place. I was greeted quickly at the register and there was no wait, I was checked out efficiently and accurately. Can't help coming out with more than you originally went in for. Overall a great shopping experience!”
“I’m from the area but unfortunately have never been into this Ace Hardware. I usually go to the West Chester one. So today was my first time stopping in. This is undoubtedly the nicest Ace hardware I’ve ever been to. Though it was busy since it was a Saturday the staff was still super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and super organized, I loved it. Everything was super easy to find. I would gladly go here vs Home Depot any day. I’ll certainly be going back. Also loved their Concealed Carriers allowed on premise sticker on the door. That was the icing on the cake. 100% will be back. Also, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. “These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”
“We recently switched to using Keen for our compressed gas needs. One of the very few family-owned businesses that operates its own calibration-grade ISO-certified fill and modern manufacturing facility to this caliber - that alone is impressive to say the least. This location is their main plant, and we are happy driving an hour when we need something - because this location has everything you would need (though their other locations are great as well, and there are no shortages of delivery options). Wonderful staff and service, knowledgeable and helpful all around. No regrets at all so far!”

“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

“Went in looking to buy a Washer and Dryer. Mark the sale associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking at some of the lower end models. After going over somethings with Mark I was able to purchase a much nicer set at the same price. Even though I was a little early for the Memorial Day sales and promotions he was able to get approved for me so I didn’t have to wait a few days. So far I’m very happy with my Samsung washer and dryer.
