$78 for the arrangement + Fees total over $93. I called and spoke to the owner and was told I did the best I could for the amount of money. I could of went to ACME spent less then $45 and got what the website shows. Down waste your money at this place. I was made to look like a cheap skate at my other half's works. I'll make sure to order from Taylor's in Woodtown from now on.

Don’t waste your money at this shop. I decided to give my business a florist in my town and I’m highly disappointed. I ordered off their website which goes through a 3rd party Teleflora. The arrangement was no not even close to the description. I even reach out to a friend who owns his own flower shop less then 90 miles away. He shared the the amount of each flower that should of been in the arrangement and explained if they can meet that then the need to substitute. Long story short I called the florist and she gave me a song and dance. I’m not one to complain but I spent 77.99 plus fees total 93.00. I could of went to Acme and got a what I wanted for less then $50. I gave her a chance to right here wrong. If your going to order flowers here in Pennsville use Garden of Eden or Taylor’s in Woodstown. Both will get it right the first time.

Ecret's came thru for me today! I ordered something for Valentine's Day.That never came in. 1st thing this morning I ordered Flowers. They ran out of what I wanted. Which is not uncommon on this holiday. They called me right away we discussed options & they delivered Some very Beautiful roses to my Girlfriend. She is happy which makes me happy! I will be using Ecret's Flowers Shop again! Thank you very much for your help!!!

I ordered through 1-800-Flowers and this is the local florist that was used. It was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered at noon for same day delivery. I got an email stating that delivery had to be changed to the next day at 9am. The flowers didnt arrive until 2. I went to visit my grandmother (the recipient) the same day and imagine my surprise when I paid for a large bouquet in a red vase, and what she received was a small bouquet in a clear vase. What a rip off!! Imagine how many people are paying extra for a large bouquet and what they're sending out is a small bouquet! 1-800-flowers did offer to have them redo the bouquet, but I demanded a different florist. **UPDATE** Not only did they screw up the first order, they got upset that I complained and sent someone to my 76yo grandmothers nursing home room to take back the messed up order and refused to redo it or make it right! Take your business elsewhere. I can't believe this place is still open.

I recently came home to visit family, I am a Active US Army soldier so I don’t get to come home as often as I would like. When I was home I went to visit my grandmother at her nursing home with my little sister, she has mild dementia. While I was there she requested for me to send her flowers. I had to leave the next day so me and my sister set it up so she would get the flowers she asked for. This is the local flower place near her nursing home that 1800flowers used to send the flowers. Well the order wasn’t done correctly, and my sister requested for them to get done again. They basically said no and went to the nursing home and took my grandmothers flowers back.

My son and daughter ordered flowers for my mom in a nursing home to n Salem what they ordered was beautiful what they delivered was not looked nothing like the picture from 1800 flowers I know it could look alittle different but what she received was a mess and when she called to complain they repoed the flowers and refused to redeliver wow so sad

If I could give this no stars I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were embarrassing. I understand substitutes are made if certain flowers are not in season but what I received was a far cry from what it looked like online. I called and spoke with the owner who was nasty and uncaring. She told me she was not doing anything about the flowers no refund or even a partial refund and hung up on me. I will NEVER order from there again.

I can't even give them 1 star because the arrangement was a disgrace, was not properly secured or wrapped in plastic. It was left outside my mothers garage and when she came home she found it laying on the ground broken and just a few flowers in the vase. For the amount of money I spent I was mortified by what she was given. It looked as though I spent $10 on the order. I wish I could post a picture of the flowers to see how awful they looked. The woman wasn't so apologetic either about the situation. She had the audacity to contact my mother to ask her for the flowers back after learning about my complaint and kept asking her how much I spent on my order because she made the arrangement based on what she was given by 1800 flowers. I was shocked by the fact she asked for the flowers back because who does that? And to not apologize for them not being secured in any type of cardboard or securely wrapped to ensure they won't tip over. I refuse to ever use this florist again through 800 Flowers.

The absolute best place to go for flowers!! I have purchased arrangements at various locations and they do not last nearly as long as the ones from Ecrets. And talk about a BEAUTIFUL arrangement!! I can say without a doubt they make the most gorgeous centerpieces you will ever see. Going here makes you feel as though someone took the time to tailor your request for exclusively for YOU. I always feel like I'm getting one of a kind!

Very nice lady. However, for the price the flowers were not so great. I picked up a bouquet and was actually embarrassed to give it to the person because of the size and poor quality. I did not spend a lot but for 20 dollars I expected a lil more. Only around 4 buds and one piece of greenery. I try and support local businesses but I will not be back to this one.
