Didn’t diagnose car and is still trying to collect diagnostic fee. We brought in our car having told them the codes that were read and parts that were replaced by our mechanic to try and resolve our issue. We clearly explained that our mechinc replaced the parts and the code continuted to come on so they removed them since our orginal parts were not faulty. We even gave them the invoice that listed which parts that were replaced. They kept the car the full day only to then try and call us back and have them replace the parts we already told them did not resolve the issue. Person from service department was extremely rude when we explained to him again that the parts were already confirmed to not be the issue. He then tried to argue with us that those parts were the issue and tried to imply that our mechanic lied about swapping out the parts. Completely unprofessional behavior. They didn’t listen to us when we explained the issue then tried to claim the people at pensville tire and auto were lying about swapping out the parts.

Three years ago, I meticulously researched a Ford truck and even had a mechanic conduct a safety inspection.
However, just 100 miles after the inspection, my brakes failed, putting me in a perilous situation. Although the Pennsville dealership where I sought repairs wasn't involved in the initial inspection, they happened to be nearby when I needed assistance.
Unfortunately, they retained the brake parts, impeding my ability to pursue action against the mechanics responsible for endangering my life.
Reflecting on this incident over the years, I've been puzzled by the dealership's actions. It seems the simplest resolution is to refrain from purchasing another Ford truck once I'm finished with this one.

They, or Ford Motors, lie to evade replacing defective factory-installed parts. Check online for complaints about your particular car before wasting your time trying to obtain corrective action from Bayshore.
Updating review based on recent visit. They went out of their way to order and paint a part that was stolen from my sister's car. They had it ready within 24 hours because I do not live nearby.

Been using bayshore for years for oem parts orders. These days, oem seems to be the way to go compared to aftermarket not just in price but quality too!

So before I start my review… I worked at a Ford dealership in another state. I have rode by this place several times, and have always noticed all types of cars on their lot, not just Ford. So I call up to the service department to ask if they could do minor repairs to my Charger, or if they could recommend someone nearby who could do it, and the clown, oh I’m sorry, service rep, who answered the phone was not only nasty with me on the phone, but wouldn’t even answer any basic questions. Sure! I can imagine a salesman here would greet you with a smile so you can just be a mark on a monthly sales board, or some change on his commission check.. but at the end of the day, I would NOT recommend buying a car from here simply due to the level of unprofessionalism I dealt with on a two minute phone conversation.

Bayhsore had to fix my Ford Ranger after an auto accident. It's never fun when you have to leave your vehicle for what could be a few days. But the rental car was ready and waiting when I arrived at the dealership and they completed the repairs a day early and at the agreed price. I am very happy with Bayshore Ford Pennsville and we are Bayshore customers for life!
