Had trouble with a old Kohler shower mixing valve. Long story short, the guys at the counter were so helpful, told me some tricks to try. I bought extra parts to cover all possibilities and asked if I could return them if unused. Yes, ma'am! No restocking fee. Thanks, guys, you were very helpful.
