Waited over 10 minutes for a latte, person on station was not paying attention to screen while cleaning. I had to ask someone to make it, after 5 minutes when I finally got it, and said something to the manager he didn’t really seem to care and the answer I got was we have been busy

This location is the BEST hands down. Love the employees and there always smiling and chatting with me and my mom. Shout to Robin, Denise, Sue, Vanessa (overnightshift), and all the girl is the food prep area!!!! Bravo!!! And the gentleman that I think is the manager is the nicest person you can meet!

The current night crew at the deli seems to have such contempt for their jobs that it's becoming normal to have to wait 5 minutes for them to even start your order. They make it pretty clear that they're going to finish whatever they're doing before they get to you. And that's not servicing other customers, but more-so cleaning up, restocking or just having side conversations. Life behind the counter is clearly much more important to them then any of the people that walk up. They roll their eyes at each other constantly, and there's just a general spirit of contempt in the store. The weirdest part is they make a lot of eye contact with you, almost daring you to show frustration at them. It took a lot of effort for me to not appear as upset as I was. It's like that Seinfeld episode with the soup nazi. I did my absolute best to walk around the store 4 times to give them some space... read the newspaper covers, noted the current beverage selection, pretended to be interested by pre-packages sandwiches. They made a brother work waaay too hard last night. Seriously we hit about 8 minutes before they even started my little drink order. Barely any customers in the store. There's a really strange vibe with that crew and you can see it influencing the general atmosphere of the entire store. The guy with the hairnet on his beard and the girl making sandwiches last night at 12:15am. Do better Wawa.

Took them over 40 minutes to have my doordash order ready which was a prepackaged salad and a smoothie. My dasher arrived and still had to wait. That’s unacceptable
