It is incredible that a patient has to wait up to an hour for their medications. They are rude and go to the back so as not to serve customers??????

The pharmacy is embarrassingly disorganized. Ive watched them leave a car at the window for over 25 minutes without bring served. It may have been longer but i left. I am moving my prescriptions to a better pharmacy.

This place is horrible and very slow to say the least; very un professional with nasty dispositions.I waited in the drive thru for over a hour; once i pulled up to the window for service; the Pharmacist replied that they were under staffed and advised me to come into the store to get my prescription.I waited in a short line in at Pharmacy counter for a additional hour. It was 10 minutes prior to closing and Manager of the store started turning off the lights which is a Safety issue.I will never step foot in the Westfield Ave; Camden, NJ ever again.Please do not waste your time to get anything from this store period.Very Stressful. :(

Terrible place to get your RX needs. They never answer their phone. Several times I have been on hold for over a hour just for someone to answer and then hang up. I have had an RX in a \\\"pending review from pharmacist\\\" status for almost 2 weeks and STILL have no idea as to why. They should be closed down. I would give negative stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional.

Not to mention the long lines recently, I’ve been waiting to speak to someone and it’s still 1 person ahead of me. What is going on. This never use to be like this. I’m up to the point of switching pharmacy. This is ridiculous and they have become unprofessional

It's unfortunate that I have to leave an extremely poor review of Walgreen's Store & Pharmacy #03731, located in Pennsauken NJ. There's no option for half a star which is unfortunate for me. My son and I have been unable to rely on receiving our medications without major delays and the pain suffering caused by their consistent unreliability. I've been refilling meds there for several years and the pharmacy has yet again failed me and my family. I was constantly made to believe that it was our Doctors who were dropping the ball with sending out our scripts. But no, it was this Pharmacy who was the culprit. My family and I have been sent away without our medication too many times to count at this point. We have gone several days without our medications, trusting that they were were honest professionals when they told us our Doctors never sent our scripts. Today I've lost complete trust and respect for this Pharmacy. This is the last time you will deny us of our rightful health. We are taking our business elsewhere. This a complete travesty and I'm informing the world on your lack of reliability with the health of it's consumers. Lastly, I attempted to utilize your Pick up at Store and you failed me there too. A few months ago I ordered supplements from this website, received that my order arrived and was ready for pick up, went to the store for a staff member to quickly and carelessly tell me that my order was returned after 24 hours. I drove all the way home to inquire with customer service as to why my items would shipped back so quickly. The manager called me back in less than 30 minutes asking me to come pick up my order. More unnecessary pain and suffering. I wasn't even feeling well that day. Unprofessional and unreliable. I will continue seek justice from this entity. Do not do any type business there for you will be greatly harmed and disappointed!

This is the absolute worst Walgreens, any store for that matter, I have ever stepped foot in. The manager, I assume she was a manager because she had on "street clothes".. unprofessional I may add, looks me dead in the face as I'm standing at the photo counter and walks by me. I thought nothing of it being that she didn't look like she worked there. I stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes pressing this darn button for assistance. I finally go up to the register and guess who I see at the register? The woman in street clothes. I asked the other woman in uniform if ANYONE is coming to the photo counter and she told me no because they are busy. I am disgusted and you, if anyone reads these reviews, need to properly train your staff! I will never be back and will discourage anyone I know that goes there.

Staff and manager were super friendly, pharmacist was awesome vaccinating my daughter. Store was pretty dirty though where they had us sit and wait for vaccines.

If you don't want to work here than it's time to find another job. The prescription was ordered on Monday and today is Friday and it's still not ready. On top of that the pharmacist had the NERVE TO GIVE US AN ATTITUDE!! Like excuse me! Oh, this isn't the first time but management doesn't care so they get away it. This place has gone downhill with lazy and rude employees. F y'all.
