This company is horrific to deal with. On time delivery- forget it! They misplaced our 399 pound package at the facility. Now they have to spend the weekend looking for it. What a headache for us! They lie and the lady they have answering the calls is RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t waste your valuable time with this company (TFORCE Freight).

Horrible, thought I was doing them a favor by picking up my own package! After waiting at the dock for 20 mins, a lady came out to tell me they are getting it together! 45 minutes later, still waiting, I called into the office, they finally came out with the package 10 minutes later!

This persons here should LEARN how to treat others. She said that I broke a gasket WITH THE TRAILER LINE. I think she doesn't know what a trailer line is...when I asked to show me the video she regret to, so... besides that they both are rude and have a really bad attitude for the people. YOU CHOOSE THIS JOB, DO IT RIGHT, LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME AND TREAT OTHERS LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TRATED.

I USED AND JUST GOT FIRED FROM UPS IN PENNSAUKEN. I GOT FIRED FOR NO APPARENT REASON AT ALL. I KNOW WHY THEY FIRED ME BECAUSE OF MY MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH I HAVE NO CONTROL OF. RODNEY IS A GOOD SUPERVISOR BUT NOT FAIR AT ALL. I WAS ON TIME AND ALWAYS DID MY JOB.
