Me and my husband went to TD bank located at 4920 N Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109 today to open an account. My husband already have an account with TD bank. We was waiting there for more than 30 minutes and the representative called Patty told us after us waiting that they can’t open the account for us because they only open account until 4:00pm. She said that is the policy for that branch. This is not a good way to do business. If you don’t have clients and the bank is still open how you can not open the account. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Plain out didnt want to attend or help anyone in line even though it was only 4:15. Lady asked those in line to leave.

Horrible location, long lines, not enough workers and workers take forever talking to customers about non business/banking topics like their hair. Overheard the worker advertising their own hair business to a TD bank customer. Waited over an hour for assistance and they couldn't even assist in the end.

This place is racist never going back , closing my account because they were rude to me and is not my fault Saturday is the busiest day for them to help people. I waited patiently for my turn an hour and they end up saying they can’t help me change my address.

How are you a bank with a phone but never answer? Smh. You call and call and nobody ever picks up then they get mad cuz you go to them for change order without calling ahead. ?♀️?♀️
