Restaurant Depot is a great place to shop for your business. Almost everything you need for food business you can find there. It is open for normal hours all week except Sunday till 2 pm only.

I've been a member of Restaurant Depot since 2017.
I went here on a Sunday to purchase some items. When I got the counter to pay, I found out that my card was not valid due to lack of use. So I attempted to make things right by doing the proper paperwork but the light skinned/latin lady (or whatever she is) gave me a very hard time. She's a dipsy broad for sure.
I asked to speak to a manager and a white guy came out. After the lady saw what was happening she came back over to me and the manager never spoke to me as he walked away.
It was weird. I mean she really did not want to do her job. She kept telling me to come back another day after I already filled out the paperwork.
I explained to her that I work a month straight and won't be able to come back anytime soon. She still insisted on NOT helping me or compromising no matter how much I tried. So now we go to the one in PA.

Cashiers taking cash from customers to cut in front of line when others have been waiting for a while.
First few times this has happened, I thought maybe it would be stopped. However, this time I watched someone in management watch the customer come up to the cashier and hand her money to cut in the long line. As I made eye contact with management, she just looked away and pretended like she didn’t see anything.
Very unprofessional and not a good look.

Delivery: There's room for approximately 5 trucks, but it can get congested really quickly. Check In began @ 0700. Friendly staff & quick unloading once you back in.

I've been shopping there for years and I was going to give Restaurant Depot 5 stars but recently quality, price and availability of product has been going in the wrong direction. When I can buy items cheaper at Wal mart why am I trecking all the way to Pennsauken ? Restaurant depot needs to readjust their thinking and be there for their customers or places like Costco will put them out of business... Times are a changing.

Good selection of seafood that is reasonably priced. However when you get in line this is when this place turns into dumpster fire. Women cashier literally took 25 minutes to scan in one persons cart. Every time she scanned a product she stopped to talk to another co-worker. I have no idea why co-workers were standing around in front. There is no way this location has any leadership that is actually in building.

This place is ideal, if you own your own business or are having a large event that will require a lot of food! The service was great and I found more than what I was looking for!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt more disregarded and disrespected in a establishment. The manager MIGUEL has zero customer service experience and has a big ego problem since he felt the need to talk down to two women asking a question about exchanges in store. I complained after to another employee regarding his attitude and behavior which was not appropriate, appreciated, nor needed, Miguel comes over and tells the employee to “ignore us”. This wasn’t about a return anymore it was about MIGUELS behavior with customers. I will be contacting HR on monday. This was not ok for a daily customer to deal with.

Yea, Restaurant Depot, don’t buy any new carts, we will be waiting at the parking lot for other customers to empty theirs, as usual! Or maybe we’ll start bringing our own, no worries! You do you, Restaurant Depot and we will figure out your problems.
