No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.

scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and even called days before to be certain. i come in half an hour early, and they say i'm not in the system, ...they still couldn't help me, saying no one is available to assist

Visited PNC on Westfield Ave in Pennsauken numerous times in the last month and each time I was assisted by Sarahi De la Cruz. She addressed all my banking needs and concerns immediately, provided me with all my bank documents/ statements I requested. She is very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. It's hard to come across people who actually care when you have questions and concerns regarding your finances and difficult transactions. I will definitely continue my banking at this PNC.
