I lost my grandson still a teenager to senseless violence back in Oct. you can’t even amagine the pain I felt an still feel, an having said that, imagine the strength I needed to go pick out flowers while still in pain for a even more painful day ahead!!! While there a friend an I picked out a spread an asked an paid for 2 of the same which the young lady informed me she would make from the display in the store to be sent to the funeral home! On the day of the funeral my friend an I noticed there was only one Spread there! So now I couldn’t even deal with that, a few days later I spoke to the funeral home who asked me to call the Flourist because they only received the one, I did an they told me they were delivered an they had a photo from the delivery man, long story short, never heard from them again, never apologized, I had to go thru my bank for a reimbursement!! I just think you are heartless an evil!! An the sad part about it is that my family an people I know have used them in the past so I never expected to go though this after loosing a love one! I had to write a post because I just couldn’t shake it! I pray that God speaks to that young lady that watched me in that store break down at one point an Had absolutely no respect or compassion do do something like this, at a time like this, knowing it was a loss of someone’ s grandson who had been murdered! Which she was aware of “ I PRAY FOR YOU” smh

Explained to the manager the situation, the somber occasion I was attending, and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation, she understood and lead me into the right direction. With her help, the outcome of that day ended up the way I had prayed for before arriving. Thank You.

My sister and I bought two plants for a memorial for one of our friends that passed away. We gave them the address for it to be delivered the next day. They delivered it to a funeral in progress at the wrong address and another family ended up with our plants that we paid more than $100 for. When we called them back after we found out that the plants were never delivered to the correct address they called us liars. Then 2 Days later the family that mistakenly received our plants caledl Penn florist to say that the plants weren't theirs and they wanted to give them to the correct family. Mind you, the lady (Denise), that argued back and forth on the phone with my sister and called us liars never even apologized. I will never go there again the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life! How could you treat a grieving family like that? Horrible! Just refund my money please?

My daughter & I ordered flowers from Penn for my husband’s funeral. Flowers were very beautiful & are still beautiful on his grave 4 days later! I highly recommend Penn Florist!

It was a painless experience. I have been trying to get my sons stone since May elsewhere.At Penn Florist when I walked in , it was a professional experience I gave them a picture of the stone I wanted and they are already working on the proof! I had made a few suggestions for adjustments and they are working on it already .? it is such a relief to know , that by this spring my son will have his memorial it place. Amen ?? ?
