Order took more than expected, was fullfiled incomplete, Terri O the only person who can you speak too never gets calls, she call you back within a business day, but if you have any complaints about your order and you are nor able to pick it up, they charge a 1% daily storage fee.She charged usd 15 por taking measures of the box that is going to be shipped.Order was supposed to arrive within 2-4 weeks (max nov 22) and just today we received shipping instructions.We asked to cancel the order because it was late and incomplete and the company rejected.When we first spoke to the company we asked about the bad reviews and she said there were because of pandemic lead times, now we understand their terrible customer service and we agree with all the bad reviews.

Great distribution center with good customer service! Terri is my go to for all orders. Catalog is well put together and easy to source through. Lead time can take a few weeks for some products which can be frustrating sometimes but they normally can estimate the lead time ahead of time which helps for business planning.
