Everytime I come here, it’s a different service. The worker never there. I been coming here for a year now, and day by day it’s getting worse. I paid a full service, and they don’t even pressure wash it everytime

My car was still dirty after the wash and they denied washing it again . They claimed the wash u selected is for a simple rinse and not a car wash . that doesn’t make sense when it clearly is an option to wash the car .

Never coming back…. Paid for a $20 car wash and this car wash has not a cloth in sight to wipe off the rest of the water that’s still on your car so now you car has water spots on it after you just paid $20? Yea no. I wouldn’t be coming back here. Waste of money. I will continue to go to my usual car wash that provides CLOTHS. Not to mention upon entering it took 5 minutes just to find someone to direct us to make sure the car was aligned to go through!

Used to be my favorite around, still a good wash, but don't plan on vacuuming. Only 13 of 25 vacuum cleaners still have hoses. Of the 13 - I got tired of re-parking to find a machine that wasn't clogged or had an in-tact nozzle.

I have a black car, and the guy sprays a little bit of soap on top of the hood & not the whole car, then he put a brush into a bucket and wiped the back of the car while is still dirty, that will scratch the car . He supposed to spray the car to take dirt off before it enters the car wash. I am very unsatisfied with their work and car wash.

I paid $8.00 for car wash. Car came out with all kinds of dirt on it. I went inside to talk to car wash employee. Car wash employee told me since I paid for cheapest $8.00 car wash, they could not do anything about it per policy. Another car in parking lot apparently got 4 flat tires. I don't think I'll be taking my chances with this place again.

My first experience at this car wash was so good - the guys who did the pre-wash were very thorough and the vacuums had great suction. This was shortly after it opened. each trip back has been progressively worse. This morning I paid 20 for the top wash and they skipped the passenger side and most of the steps that were included with this packaged. And the vacuums were awful today.Won’t be back. Don’t waste your money!

I just had my car washed at mach 1 and it is still dirty i paod 8.00 and i had to go to a real car wash to get a through cleaning. Do not use this company when i complIned about the quality of v the wash the attendent told me you have to buy the 12 wash to get a second washGo to a real car wash
