I own a Jeep we 40 inch tires I look went to a couple places for alignment got a lot of running around until I got here they went straight to the point no issues or excuses fair price if you are looking for a place this is the place highly recommended ?? I will definitely be back for other services thank you guys

This place is very reasonable. They have very competent mechanics. They are here to help you with your car trouble. If you have an older vehicle, you may have more than one issue. Came in for a wheel alignment and when the velocity test was done on my wheels, I found out that they were skipping and jumping from multiple dings contributing to my shaky steering wheel. (The attendant came out 3 separate times to get me and show me the issues.) They suggested I look into new wheels and I did just that and decided not to get my tires balanced as they would be balanced at the wheel shop. I got the services that I needed and lo and behold, my car is feeling better than it did 6 years ago. Grateful to find establishments where there is a passion for the craft and engineering of vehicles meanwhile retaining integrity and respect for the customer. I am a fan. Will definitely get more work here.

Couple of months ago I took my truck to get a wheel alignment the tech did it in about ten minutes. But when I drive off the steering was to one side and the car went to the opposite way . Turn back around and the tech said to drive it the way until tomorrow cause it has to adjust. Never heard of that before but ok benefit of the doubt I did , the next the day took it back and again the same problem even worse . I explained to the tech and he argued that the machine doesn't make mistakes but never told me that he heated a part up to adjust wheel alignment. So a couple days later my truck fell apart on Walt Whitman bridge due to that problem with the alignment but cause even more problems the upper and lower control arms broke so did my axles cause the outer tire rod was to far out . That's the part you adjust for the alignment also one of grandson had the same problem now my hearing from my brother that his sons car is doing the same thing . The tech is not doing a good job or he's slipping on his work people lives are IN the tech hands and Sam is a nice guy but his worker or workers are not giving a ? percent SHAME ON THEM WHAT THAT QUOTE( FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU AND FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME )

I wanted to share JS&F Auto : Sam in Pennsauken: kudos to him . I called this morning with a problem with my daughters car while she is away at college. I explained the situation with Sam : about tire pressure light and needed it checked out immediately before she drove an hour back to school this evening. This may seem small , but in our eyes it was a big issue . Sam was great .My daughter drove to Sam’s place for a 12:45 pm appointment. He greeted my daughter with open arms , eased an anxiety we had and checked out the car in no time . The problem was solved and he was very professional and heartwarming at the same time .I recommend JS&F Auto for any and all needs . I am very happy that we found Sam and crew .
