Waiting on my fuel pump and since it’s a “special order” because JR didn’t have the part, I can’t even get my refund of $81.02. I’ve made my order on Friday, August 30th and it is currently Tuesday, September 10th. I’ve been going through hell sitting in one spot for 2 WEEKS! This is ridiculous. They say 3-5 business days. Then when I called on Friday September 6th they said that my package was lost (could’ve called to tell me, but ok). What really made me upset was that she said “this rarely happens” ? Of course with me! This would happen to! I just want my package so I can go about my life. It’s unprofessional. Do better.

Horrible service. Very rude. And never finished the job. The Owner is a badman. Makes you pay for everything upfront and does not finish work. Then says he need more money.

They tried to scam my mother by selling her cheaper tires then what she ordered and proceeded to tell her they were the same tires. It was only when my mother told them she had a goodyear representative to confront them about the tires not being the ones on her receipt. Then and only then, they scared off and proceeded to offer her the right tires and complain it was all a mistake. Go there at your own will but be ready to deal with this type of scam specially if you're a female.
