I come here often. And usually I have a great experience. Maybe Sundays are not their best days. Attitude from the first few people was so bad. The eyelash ladies were very rude. This place was the most empty I ever seen and he said it’s a hour to 1 1/2 wait I looked around and seen empty tables lol… very disappointing

I went for a regular manicure. No fake nails just a regular manicure. The person who serviced me was horrible. She was slinging the instruments, She cut me twice. I had to tell her to remove the cotton that was stuck to my nails.
She tried to act like she didnt notice the cotton. Charged me 28 dollars for horrible work. I do not recommend this place. I will never go there again. The tech was very unprofessional and took no pride in her work or the fact that her work represents the company.
Requested style: Regular manicure. Clear polish. Should have been easy. Was difficult for me!

If I could give zero stars I would, the guy.....the manager at the front desk is very nasty!!! I had my 2nd encounter with him today! All I am going to say is he is lucky this was not 20 years ago! The way he treat women is unacceptable!!! I don't even know why us women continue to patronize this business! All the workers in there is scared of him....if he talk to me the way he did.....I can imagine how he treat them , his wife and family! I'm going to report him to the better business bureau! Just terrible runnnnn ladies !!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of being a customer here. Firstly, I’ve been here three times already so this isn’t the first time my naims have been messed up. Secondly, the last time I came here, the lady did not apply enough acrylic and I told her but she kept saying “don’t worry, it’ll be fine.” Nonetheless, I still requested that she add more because I kept saying my nail would lift. Sure enough, the next day already 3 of my nails were lifting and within the span of a week and a half they were coming off. I took them off and used press ons until today. Went back because everything else was packed but this is honestly the last time I even try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Asked for shorties and they do not include fixing up your cuticles (it’s $10 more) so I paid for a manicure. The young man who was about to work on me notified me that someone else had to since he couldn’t do it. Already one red flag. The next person who had me was a older woman who, even though they had assigned her to do my manicure, still didn’t know what she was doing. I got fed up and literally asked to use the cuticle cutter myself. Second red flag. Did that and then when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it came time to do the acrylics. I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing because she had a big brush, and when she went to dip the monomer into the acrylic, didn’t tap the excess off. Literally had the acrylic she placed on my nails, DRIPPING OFF. Horrendous. Red flag number three. Then it just got worse. My nails were so uneven, lacked acrylic on the sides (literally causes lifting) and then they were supposed to be square but she filed everything off. I had to practically beg her to add more acrylic to make it square instead of the coffin looking shspe she had going on. I was going to walk out but then she was telling me she’ll fix it. And so, I sat (when I should’ve left). At the end of it all, my nails are so uneven, bumpy, bulky and then the polish wasn’t even applied on the entirety of my nail beds. I used cash last time and was so upset when I couldn’t do anything about it, but I used card this time in case this were to happen again. Safe to say, I will be disputing this atrocity and never coming back.

This place does excellent pedicures but I was a little disappointed in seeing a sign on the wall charging am extra $5 for a longer massage and $10 for an ingrown toenail. Am I tripping or this highway robbery? I thought it was part of the service.

Shout out to Tammy for always hooking my wife's nails up. My wife also goes to see Ana to get her eyebrows on fleek. I will keep bringing her back , she's been going there for years.. Tip them well they deserve it.

I came on Monday and my design fell off the next day went back and explained I was there and the design I had fell off I had to pay for it to get put back on which is crazy it only lasted a day and then I asked for my design to look similar to a picture I gave them they completely messed up on my nails and then at the end I was asked if it’s ok and that was nothing I asked for so for me to get my nails fixed I spent an extra 60 dollars to het my nails right I will make this my last time here I am totally unhappy with the way things were handled here there are other places I can spend my money and get perfect service.

Terrible service I went yesterday with my daughter to get both a pedicure and we just get it done in 10 minutes that was crazy crazy I just felt like someone steal my money I will never go back, they just work for money they don’t care about the clients ??
