“When I'm traveling I tend to look for lukoil because experience tells me that they have the best prices and their facilities are always conveniently located to the major highways. If you want to know where to save money on fuel always look to see where the cabs and local commercial vehicles go to fuel up. Their employees are friendly and you tend to be in and out pretty quick.
