I went to exchange a toy i gifted my nieces because it was not working. I had my receipt and as of now 05/26/2024 i am still under the 30 day return policy. This "manager" said i cant change it because its open and had an "i can care less" attitude, she just told me i cant change it and kept doing what she was doing. Of course it was open!!! It was a gift!! How else would anyone know it was NOT functioning properly!!!?? "Manager"?? Yeah, whatever, how about some customer service training??? I dont expect anyone from Forman Mills to reach back to we, although i hope so. My Sale # is 1083905
Theres also another 13 digits on top, i dont know what it is, #1080000707836 this is a true and verified purchase. I cant even understand how this "manager" is "managing" this store. I guess anything is possible in Trenton. Yes this was in Capitol Plaza?????

love the prices but then again you get what you pay for , as far a merchandise and customer service,... I took a $10 shirt back because it was falling apart and they wouldn't exchange it because I was worn after explaining it happened as I was wearing it and attempted to show the manager other shirts on the rack that were falling apart they still wouldn't exchange it ... worst CS ever ... I would have taken a lesser price shirt but now I'm resulting in leaving a bad review

I loved shopping here as a kid but it’s just not the same here anymore. All the clothes have stuff about weed on it. I don’t mind them but kids can’t wear that to school. And the shirts are definitely not true to size

On July 14 2020 we visit store 5425 Baltimore national Pike very unprofessional staff store was muggy no air conditioning they only have fans up front. Some Nigeria woman who was tge greeter at the door was following us around like we was thieves. Everytime we asked a question nobody could answer us. Than when i got to the cashier she gave me a half of a recipient.
