Ever since the bagging process has changed.....the employees just stand....texting on phones while u load your bag. Also....I must add that u guys are not cheap....u sure have gone up in price!

I went to the Dollar General on Haddonfield Rd and I was met with the rudest , most ignorant Cashier . She became upset because I got (40.00) cash back . She told me , I should have told her before I did it because she doesn’t have that much money . I explained to her that I wouldn’t know if she has enough money in her register . Then she start rolling her eyes and saying she just got on the register and I’m taking most of her fives and I reminded her once again , how was I to know you just got on the register with no money . She ignored me took my money out and slammed my receipt on the counter. Super Rude .

Staff is usually friendly and greet you as you enter the store EXCEPT that girl that was working the other day!! I go in to buy the Caramel Macchiato 1/2 gal iced coffee, the shelf sticker says 3.95 when she rings it up it's 4.95 so I bring it to her attention. She brushed me off and said the prices were updated! I say yes but the shelf sticker has a lower price, she says I said the prices were updated and started ringing up the next customer. Some people should not be in customer service. A store's employee should represent the store with knowledge, and respect to the customer!

I shot Dollar general today and I went in got $25 worth of groceries a lady run them up then left him sit on the counter scattered and I said I'll plant some bags she said there are no bags so I have to figure out how to get my groceries in the car poor experience

The employees are typically curt and the store is poorly stocked. It was the emergency in a pinch store for my family. I was annoyed once when I was trying to input my phone number, the cashier pressed a button and the screen refreshed. He did not ask me for my number, but I let it go at the time. But the final straw and reason for this review was my last trip. I literally watched the cashier rip off the coupon portion of the receipt before handing it to me. Since I have the app I also have the coupon digitally but I have no idea why she did that.

This store is literally falling apart. Shelves are bald there's nothing on them. Do you have employees you don't know how to stock the shelves. Today is the last time I go in there. I'm tired of asking one of the employees to get me some thing and they have to go run in the back to get it. If you would stock your shelves you wouldn't have to go looking for it in the back. They really need to shut the store down.

Very good store. Its kept clean and the employees are very kind and work hard. One employee named Seth helped me greatly and was very kind. He greeted me as I arrived and helped me when i couldnt find the viagra in any of the aisles. Overrall great experience and I believe Seth deserves a raise

I went to go check out and was not really greeted with any friendliness from the employees working. When I went to go pay, I realized that not all of my digital coupons came off my purchase. The cashier called a manager named Cierrah, who decided to re-ring my entire order (I ordered a lot of items totaling around $100). When the coupons decided not to come off the order again, she asked to see them on my phone. When I showed her the clipped coupons on the Dollar General app, she refused to key in the coupon (due to an app or register error) because the coupon was not coming off of my purchase. When I asked her if she could take the coupon off manually, she kept repeating herself and not acknowledging that there was an error, and at that point, decided to be very rude and told me to leave because she did not want to accept a $2 coupon, and instead, wanted to lose out on a $100+ purchase. When I told her I wanted her name and a corporate number, she completely walked away and did not come back after I voiced my concern over continuing to purchase the items. Instead, she continued to ignore me and never came back to the register. She then decided to call the cops instead of doing her job and ringing me up when absolutely no harm was done because she literally wanted me to leave the store because she did not want to accept the $2 coupon. No one yelled or threw a fit at her or anyone. I simply asked her if she could override the system to use the $2 coupon and she refused and started having an attitude after I asked a simple question, and told me to leave. This situation alone will be the reason I never shop at Dollar General again and Cierrah's attitude and reaction to a simple question was completely uncalled for. It is very unfortunate on Dollar General's end to have such a disrespectful employee work for the brand and treat consumers this way, especially consumers willing to spend over $100+ on a SINGLE shopping trip, to a dollar store no less.

This place is the worst, never has the shelves stocked with any of the items that we need!!! Last nite went to pick up milk and kitty litter and a few odds and ends and there was a note on the door it was closed because lack of staff and the register was broken! Come on what kind of business is that it’s $1 million company gets run like a bodega!!!
