I hadn't been here for a while and what a disappointment I was, I was passing by the shelves and things were disorganized, a lot of mess and they were missing merchandise. I don't think I will return. It is the most disorganized store I have ever visited.

I gave another visit/support-via-purchase, today, my last tens of visits the cashiers have been very pleasant, and also there is one last that has helped me extraordinarily upon my two last visits. Thank you for the sleep-aid option. She knows who she is! Great place for a quick value grab of quality items. Keep it up and you won't just last. You will outlast.

I went in there for freezer and fridge stuff and they were broke and that’s wasn’t the first time and I never got greeted at the door like in the customer service should do and that is part of customer service there’s nothing on the shelves and the clearance aisle is a mess and to get rid of stuff in the clearance aisle make it a little neater. There was one manager on duty he seems like he knows his stuff really well l. White kid with glasses and he should get a raise

Saw some items in the discounted area. At check out I asked how much was the specific item. Was told regular price. There were 3 of the same items in the discounted section, yet I paid regular price because who says the customer is always right?! Not this dollar general. Managers, assistant managers, supervisors, do your job please. I am tired of getting to check out only to find out the item I thought was on sale isn't and you will not mark it down because you obviously don't care about customer service. Worked in Retail for years, my customers were never wrong even when they were.

I live 5 minutes from this DG so it very convenient for me to shop at this store. My husband and I shop there regularly. As of recently there is a new manager who is very rude and unprofessional. One day she was on a personal call very loud talking about her love life in the middle of the day while on the clock. Another day I arrive at 940 pm and was told by another employee they are about to close I have 15 mins I said ok np. She sees me and yells out-loud “you have 5 minutes” your store hours say 8am to 10pm. 3rd incident I come there at 944pm I am at the door one of the employees say we are about to close I say ok I’m only getting a pack of diapers that is all. The manager says close the doors, the employee shakes her head and says I’m sorry we are closed. I said no problem I will report her to corporate and that is exactly what I will be doing. She is rude unprofessional and has a nasty attitude.
