Pharmacy is very slow. They constantly are filling prescriptions automatically when I have asked a zillion times to please only refill when I ask. Yet, when there is a prescription I do need they never have it in stock. They tell me they’ll contact me when it comes but they have never done so. I had to go to another pharmacy for months to get this filled. When CVS finally had it in stock I got a hard time from them saying it could be a problem since I hadn’t filled it there in months! What? You never have it and now are questioning my legitimate prescription? Then the clueless kid at the window asks me for my phone number in case. This freaking store texts me constantly and you can’t look up my phone number? I hate this store but unfortunately it’s the closest to my house.

I generally never have a problem at this CVS. However I had an issue when I went in to pick up a medication recently. The woman at the pick up desk yelled out the name of my medication so loudly that the entire line waiting behind me (and the customer standing 3 feet off to the side) heard it. I called her out immediately. It is a HIPPA violation and I’m sure that’s not the only person that has happened to. I’m sure she didn’t like me calling her out based on her reaction but that is not my concern. I was told my medication was returned and to speak to the drop off window employee who confirmed that she put in to be filled. I was also not receiving text reminders which she tried to fix. I returned a couple days later to pick up my meds and they still had nothing ready. Another employee apologized and filled my script while I waited (including fixing my text reminders). My guess is that the drop off employee was being malicious by not refilling my prescription since I corrected her co-worker which is insanely unprofessional and disrespectful.

You ask for help finding some children’s medicine and the pharmacist can’t even be bothered to help you locate it. Had to find it myself.

Truly awful experience with the pharmacist last week. I normally fill all my scripts at Rite Aid but had to use this CVS as they were the only nearby pharmacy with my script in stock. The encounter left me deeply upset and immediately called to speak with the store manager. I was told by supervisor on duty that he already left for the day but she reached out to him by text and advised him on the situation. I was then told he would call me back the next day. It is five days later with no call back. I have tried to call two different times since and each time I am told he isn’t there.

I have been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for a few yes now, never had an issue, a little wait time here & there but nothing to complain about.Unfortunately I wish I did not have to write this but what just happened to me was so rud and inconsiderate.I get in the store @ 1:26pm and head straight to the back to the Pharmacy. I'm already in line by 1:27pm. After I wait there for 4 min for the person in front of me to finish getting helped, the pharmacist looks my direction and notifies me that they will be closing the Pharmacy for lunch. ? I'm the only one still there waiting in line and have already been there for nearly 5min at this point. I found it so rude and disrespectful that she said I will have to wait 30min or come back at another time.I understand theymaybhave a certain system or way to run there dept. But I think they could have done things differently at that time. If I had not been there for almost 5min in line I could have understood but wow, only makes me think how much they actually value there customers.

I've never had so many problems with a pharmacy in my life. The only reason I stayed after the first few incidents was because it's close to my house. Everytime I mean everytime you speak to someone you get a different story. I'm transferring all my prescriptions for me and my family and I will not be returning . Totally unprofessional and you get told whatever they want to tell you to get you off the phone . Waste of time and gas . Never again

The pharmacy is the slowest I have ever seen. The inside and drive through lines are always long.Forget about getting help from the front end. They want us to use the self checkout and give attitude if someone even tries to ask them for help. Like why have cashiers if they not willing to help anyone. The worst customer service I have ever seen. And this has been going on for a couple years now. I dread having to go into the store.Unfortunately the only cvs in the area. Wish the managers and district level cared a little more about the bad reputation this store has. Such a shame.

They get so busy that they forget to treat you with respect. The star is for having a self checkout. There's other locations very close to them that do come with customer service.
