First of all, the desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful as to what to expect in the process. I was kept well informed by my technician Chris, and my praises to Mario who finished the delivery process with unparalleled customer care and professionalism.This location of Caliber Collision gets my 5 stars!

Work was completed, I received communication through out the repair. My car looked as if it had been detailed when returned to me. Joel was very professional. Entire office very nice and clean. Thanks for the candy

I unfortunately had to come here to get my car fixed due to a break in and I’m still dealing with the same problem months later. It took over a month to get fixed but that wasn’t even the worst part. I got a call a claiming the car will be ready the next day after the call so I miss out on work and go just to be told that it wasn’t ready and that’s not what they told me when I had witnesses with me hearing the guy tell me to come pick up the car. A week after that, I go to pick up my car just to find out they lost my key fob. Really? They lost my keys, key fob and key for my steering wheel lock. They give me new keys with no fob and now I have no steering wheel lock. The guy next to the front desk barely wants to help me out, takes a good 2 minutes to “look for it” and tells me he’ll call me when he finds it and has us leave. I come back with my girlfriend an hour later to fix the problem because they wouldn’t even listen to me. They try to fix the problem with her and order me a fob, took another month and never even got the call when it arrived. I had to come every other weekend to get updates on the fob. The fob finally arrives but still have to get it programmed. Two weeks later I’m still waiting on a call so I can get my car programmed. This is the most unprofessional, most ridiculous things I’ve ever had to go through with a company that wants to be viewed so “professional” . Think twice before having to come here.

On Monday I took my car to Caliber Collision in Pennsauken.The office staff was very nice.Unfortunately I was assigned Mario QuijadaTo give me an estimate on my Ford F150.Two estimates were needed one for my insurance company and one for a cash job.Mario told me they were having problems getting parts, and told me several contradictory things about the repair.My insurance company accepted the estimateFor the insurance repair but he gave me an outrageous estimate for the cash job.Mario quoted me $1800 for the cash work which I knew was much too high.The following day I got another estimate fromA legitimate body shop for the same work$570. Obvious an attempt on Mario Quijada’s part to gouge me for a cash payment, no wonder he told me when I said I was using another shop to go ahead he could care less.I would never use Calibrr Collision againand I recommend anyone reading this reviewsteers clear of them as well.I don’t believe they can be trusted.

I definitely recommend this shop. Staff are super nice from the moment I stepped in the receptionist was very welcoming, then the person that inspected my car was very nice and knowledgeable. I had my rental waiting , the whole initial process was very smooth. When I picked up my car was very surprised, they had my car nicely clean from the inside out. Very good service. ?

I dropped of my car for a pretty simple repair post car accident, I was expecting to have my car back within a week, maybe two at most.I was notified via TEXT that my car would now take 1.5 months to be done, i did not receive a call with explanation, so i called and was given vague info about the parts being on back order. No details on what part. i had a rental at that time provided by insurance so i dealt with the delay, then once my rental was taken away by the awful Geico insurance, i had to keep reaching out to Caliber for updates because i was left with no car. i have a job and a toddler and needed to have my car. Caliber refused to give me my car back while waiting for parts because they claimed “it’s in pieces” and that when they took off my shudder it “fell apart” so my car could not be given back to me while waiting. i suffered a lot waiting for my car, and Caliber did not reassure me of anything or kept me informed, they were wishy washy with answers, and did not elaborate unless i asked specifically. they treated me like i don't need my own car, they don’t take their customers seriously. I was lied to, dragged along, back and forth, it was a whole mess. Avoid coming here. Once the GM of the shop was involved, things magically sped up, and 2.5 months later i received my car back, and the repairs seem fine so far (it has only been about a week), but i suddenly had an ANT infestation that was 1000% not there before. I had ants everywhere in my car, including crawling all over my toddler’s car seat. my husband had to deep clean the car, and said there were hundreds of ants. i don’t know if they planted the ants because i got on their nerves, or they left my car windows/doors open, but either way it is so unacceptable, disgusting, and unprofessional. i absolutely hated my experience.
