Chuck and his team repaired my bumper with great results. Color matching was perfect. The shop is incredibly clean and all the staff are professional. Admittedly there was an initial problem with the paint due to the weather but Chuck got me in two days later and fixed it all. He was quick to provide a loaner car even though he wasn't required and got it all squared away. Definitely cares about his customers and how jobs turn out. Do not hesitate to do business here.

These people are the best, I brought my new car because a bad driver hit my car which caused a scratch on the rear bumper, I went to this great place and in just hours they solved my problem, I am a very demanding person and believe me This place exceeded my expectations, the paint is exactly the same as the original, I highly recommend ck colors

They did a great job on repair’s especially touch up paint and all for a reasonable price as well coordinating together with the detail shop for work to be done with them.

There's something functionally awry with Pride Paint & Bodywerks, but I can't figure it out. I stopped in over three weeks ago and met with the owner, Chuck and the manager, Keith regarding the painting of the roof and passenger side of my Cadillac. The roof was an insurance claim and the passenger side was customer pay. I expressly indicated that I had the work estimated at another shop and they were sand bagging on scheduling. Through research, it seemed to Chuck interfaced several different recon businesses under 1 umbrella. My plan was to NOT have to shuffle the car around to different businesses for different services. Therefore, I indicated that I would like some detailing, touch ups and paint protection film removed. The office manager gave me a T-shirt and walked me around the shop. I thought I was in the right place. Afterwards, the procedure started to fall apart. It appears there was some confusion over which arm (CK Colours) and affiliate (AO Detail) of the business handles what task. To continue to try to give this shop my business, a week ago, I stopped in to see Kate and Keith to figure out why there was such a delay with the insurance claim. They responded that the field rep hadn't gotten back to them. I spoke to Kate on the phone several times thereafter, to no avail. I reached out to the initial insurance representative today and he furnished an Email to the shop from a week ago where he provided the field reps information. Throughout the three weeks, I left several messages for Chuck at CK and he would not return my call. It's a shoulder shrugger. The other day, during business hours, I stopped over CK for an estimate and I was told by a neighboring business that the writer was off. ?? I guess they don't need the money? Therefore, I must caution you that they may be interested in the work for your car, but never follow through on the leg work needed to schedule your job. I would've preferred they just tell me they didn't want the job upfront. Now I have to find another body shop and start this procedure all over again. This is the third time.

I bought my first ever new car and for the first time ever, I care about keeping it in perfect condition! So you can imagine that when I accidentally dinged the back bumper pretty badly, I was heartbroken. I hated seeing that scratch every time I walked around the back of the car, but I was hesitant to get it fixed because I didn’t want it to look “repaired.” Finally, I went to Chuck at CK Colours for help. I could not believe how great of a job Chuck and his team did from start to finish. From making sure the weather was perfect to confirmation phone calls and FaceTimes, pictures, and videos in between, I knew I left my car in the right hands. It looks as good as new, like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend CK Colours for any job, big or small. The rest of my family is already scheduling appointments after seeing the quality work!Services: Painting
