“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills.Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
“Super friendly staff. I stopped in to try and get some broken windows replaced and they politely informed me that they couldn't handle my repair since my windows weren't their brand but researched a company that would and Set me up with them. They even showed me how my windows were built incorrectly and how the repair would be made. I suggest them for their customer service and honesty if you're in the market for new windows.”

“So this is my 2nd time buying an appliance from this location and both are 5 star experiences! Last year, the 15+ yrAmana fridge ($2600) stopped working properly where we had to call our home warranty company. They couldn't fix it so they offered us their replacement which had much less features than mine did so then they offered a check $$ to put towards what we wanted to buy. We had first went to the Lowe's in Turnersville to find something. They were kids, had no knowledge of features and then wouldn't price match to what I found on line. So, went to this Deptford location. Got the model I wanted for the price I wanted without argument and they were very nice & knowloof their products. So, the my 12 year old Kenmore Elite frond load washer 3t (the washer & dryer with pedestals were $3300) started banging horribly in the last cycle, called the home warranty company to find the drum went. So, again after arguing with the warranty people, got a check to go towards what I wanted to purchase. This time, went directly to this Lowe' On 3/13/19. We met "Rich" who was extremely knowledgeable, was so honest as well, and we purchased a Whirlpool 4.5 capacity steam washer with the load n go plus bells n whistles! It's in & I love it!!! I highly recommend this Deptford Lowe's!!! 5 stars!!!”

“Lately, due to COVID-19, this Lowe's has been exceptionally busy leading to long lines (today I waited over 30 minutes to make a return) and annoyed customer service representatives. While waiting in line to pick up an online order today, I witnessed Kim, a customer service representative belittle and disrespect customers. Between her negative attitude (I.e. saying "these customers can wait all day") and demanding comments, she was far from pleasant. I completely understand how stressful her job must be, especially given today's current environment, but it was quite frustrating to witness her treat people with disrespect. HOWEVER, there was a redeeming moment. Ed, another customer service went out of his way to assist me after seeing me disappointed after a portion of my online pick up order was missing. Ed was courteous and delightful to speak with. He also exhausted every resource to find my missing order and find a quick solution! Thank you so much Ed! I look forward to seeing you around during future visits.”
