“I wanted to share JS&F Auto : Sam in Pennsauken: kudos to him . I called this morning with a problem with my daughters car while she is away at college. I explained the situation with Sam : about tire pressure light and needed it checked out immediately before she drove an hour back to school this evening. This may seem small , but in our eyes it was a big issue . Sam was great .My daughter drove to Sam’s place for a 12:45 pm appointment. He greeted my daughter with open arms , eased an anxiety we had and checked out the car in no time . Admittedly there was an initial problem with the paint due to the weather but Chuck got me in two days later and fixed it all. “Great is not sufficient enough for the OUTSTANDING service that I receive on a regular visit to Elite Auto. As the owner of a luxury vehicle, I decided to keep it beyond the second warranty period. There is no other repair service in South Jersey that is comparable unless you use the dealerships. I was fortunate enough to have a list of items for future repairs from the dealership with pricing. Elite was beyond and fair in the pricing comparison and quality of workmanship. Now after 2 years of pandemic, its very difficult to quickly purchase a specific car especially pre-certified.
