I brought furniture on March 2, 2021 and as of today NOTHING! No one even gave me a courtesy call to let me know there would be a delay. I went there to demand a refund on 7/6/21 and was told “it has to be approved” and it will take 24hrs. I waited an additional 2 days and still NOTHING. I went back up there and was almost given excuses on not to refund me until I started to make a scene (it’s ashame you even have to go there to get any results) the store owner David came out and offered for me to go to his “larger store” in Philadelphia to see if I seen anything I like in stock if not, then he would give me 100% refund….Now I get that Covid has everything being delayed but the mere fact this place knows how long deliveries are taking, should be told to the customer UPFRONT so the customer can make their own decision as to whether they want to wait and to NOT be told it will take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery! They should also be briefing customers with updates if there are any delays! I will never buy from them again! They will be going out of business if they keep this type of behavior up.

Bad customer service! I ordered a couch April 5th and as of today still no couch!!! I have no received any updates or anything! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Years ago this store was great I don't know what happened to those two foreign guys they were super kool and we actually received furniture, me and my husband went in there in December to order a bed room set for my son they said, give it 6-10 wks due to covid we understood and left a deposit down for a bed room set. It's June we still don't have his bed room set.

This company only cares about the sale, not service. I ordered a table and stools that should have been delivered in late January. Finally got partial delivery in March, but some parts were missing and I only got one stool. They didn’t make me sign for receipt since delivery wasn’t complete. Two months later I still don’t have my set and, after complaining about their lack of contract fulfillment to my credit card company, I recently found out they FORGED my name on the receipt as if I had received all the items. And they are now claiming I received everything. I am considering filing a police report to expose their dishonesty and hold them accountable. Do NOT buy from them or trust what they tell you!

I wish I could’ve gave 0 stars .. waited almost 5 months for a sectional couch and she refused to give me any tracking numbers or any information on where my couch was . Instead she ( as in the Hispanic lady at the register) told me I could choose something at the store . She then continued to blame covid 19 lol . DONT SHOP HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Placed an order back in February. Paid in full. Was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. Have called store many times for status update and they do not answer the phone. No other way to contact them. Called a different location and they said that they could not help me. Worst service ever. Buyer beware.

Paid for my bedroom set during black Friday. As of today, 4 months later, we still don't have it. Highly discouraged. Customer service sucks. They don't even answer calls. The company knows to take your money upfront but the they decide to not follow through. And to think that I wanted to go back.....

NOT COVID SAFE! I went to make a purchase. A sales person came up to me with no mask. I asked her to please put on a mask. She gave me a terrible attitude. Clearly mad, she put on a plastic shield that left her mouth exposed. I again asked her to wear a mask. She said "no this is what I wear" and told me to have a good day and walked away not willing to help me make a purchase. They clearly do not mean the sign on the front door that face masks are required and they clearly are not interested in making a sale.

Avoid this store at all costs! They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced, the manager hung up on me and they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call back. Completely unwilling to help a customer after they get your money. These type of businesses should not be allowed to operate.

This place is a scam I ordered a sectional and dining room table at the end of June. The lady that helped us was nice and helpful told me that everything will be delivered in two to three weeks well that was a lie it's the first of October and I have to wait until the 14th of October for my furniture to be delivered sucks that I moved into a new home with no furniture since June Also they blamed there manufacturer was delaying shipments cause of COVID after the order was placed but I went to a local furniture store ordered a dresser it came in four days so this furniture store is a joke don't spend your hard earned money here it's not worth it

This is a follow up to my initial review. Ordered in May for a July delivery for my daughter starting med school. Due to Covid everything got delayed!!! We ended up getting a mattress, dresser and office chair far less than what we needed due to the back log from manufacturers. They tried to find us the items we needed but my daughter and her roommate were very specific with their taste on what they wanted. Credits were given within 5 days and we were please with speed and the delivery service. Prices were by far the best of anyone.
