“So thankful for a positive experience! I came in expecting to need new brake pads and rotors, as another company had told me so. However, that same company replaced the brakes and rotors just 10 months ago, so I did not trust them again to do the work. Turns out, I only needed rotors and the brake pads were fine - the first time I’ve ever taken my car to a shop and paid less than I was expecting to! Goes to show how honest they are here, and how they value their customers/will not prey on them to make an extra buck. My car drives perfectly now, and I’m grateful to C&C for fixing it quickly and at a fair price. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!”

“Had an emergency. The rear tire had an object in it. Upon removing the tire it was a nail spike appx 7 inches long and bent. Jay and his guys took me in at 8:30 am. Can't thank them enough. I have been buying tires from them since 2010. Extremely happy with his service. Here is what they removed.”

I've been in the auto repair business my whole adult life and I can still remember as a parts driver for mall chevrolet in the mid 90s getting yelled at by Walt for not delivering parts for his customers quick enough. That's funny cause I do same to parts drivers myself and I know it's only cause we care about our customers. Keep up the great work guys your community really appreciates yall.”

“Spoke with Shane who said the vehicle I was interested in was available, had no reported accidents and a clean title. Went to see it and it was in nice shape, a few minor cosmetic flaws, but a good value for the condition. My customer(I'm also in the used car business) bought the car upon my recommendation after a test drive. Shane accepted our offer and threw in a 90 day power train warranty and a transit tag for Delaware, which gives us 30 days to register there. I would highly recommend Shane and American. Their prices are fair from the start, have a good selection, willing to work with you, eager to make a sale, no high pressure!”
