Auto Fx is a great locally owned business. I have known the owner for over 30 years and was one of his first customers. Give them a chance. They really care about what they do.

They worked with us during the whole process from the placement of lights, switches, radio and the computer. They even came in on their day off to make sure the vehicle was completed.

Absolutely the worst customer service in our area. Many other choices with way better quality and a sense of professionalism. Don’t waste your time here unless you have at least 6 hours to throw away. Don’t bother calling they won’t pick up!

Auto FX installed dash cameras in all my vehicles and hardwired the power source back in 2015. One of the dash cams had an issue with the power source installation and they resolved it without any complaints. I continue to recommend their services.

I had him take my car to fix my remote start, wiring for audio, and my Bluetooth microphone. They had my car in the shop for one week and I got it back. Nothing was touched. Then the products I keep getting are breaking on me. I was told he would call back when he has he replacement but never has called.

DO NOT GO! literally the most unprofessional installer i have ever dealt with. Employees are clueless and do a very unprofessional job with a super high turnover rate. the manager does nothing to assist the customer or the employee. One bad install of many: requested PIAA foglights to be installed to replace existing stock foglights, they cut jagged holes in my front bumper to FORCE them to fit besides telling me they were not going to work with my bumper.
Also, he cut through my drainage duct coming from the sunroof to easily run the wires to install a new mid speaker in the doors. (both sides)
you will only get treated fairly if your job is extremely simple OR extremely expensive, no in between

They will give you the run around and tell you that you're not a priority. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I have never ever dealt with such an unprofessional company! I needed a device installed in my car and I was told "you are not a priority". They had my device and refused (and I mean refused) to schedule an appointment for me. Everyday was "call back tomorrow". It's a shame, coming from someone who is in customer service and husband owning an auto body shop...i could of been a customer for more then a device install. I will be sure to pass around the name of this place and the horrible service!! Nightmare

I am in the customer service business and have been for more than 15 years. I stopped at AutoFX more than 10yrs ago through a friends referral to pick up an item for my Nissan Pathfinder. Hands down, I had one of the best customer service experiences. This year I stopped at the shop twice to get accessories for my new Toyota 4Runner. Andy, the owner, took his time to advice me on the pros and cons of the products I wanted installed, he navigated the internet with me so that I had a clear picture of how the items would look on the vehicle, he compared the costs and he gave me the best deal possible. Andy doesn't wear a uniform or a suit.
His tie dye t-shirt and shorts work just fine for me as I've seen some very bad customer service delivered in a thousand dollar suit. I am confident that If I ever had a disagreement with Andy or if I do not like something I paid him to do, Andy and his crew will definitely come through to make me happy. This is an honest and personal post as I am not receiving anything in return for my comment.
