“A few months ago I ordered a green GE Cafe range. It turned out it was limited edition and no longer being produced. Eventually they tracked one down. The only issue was that I now live in NC. Tony C was amazing to work with and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I would still receive the last available green range at my new home down south. Not only was I able to purchase the range at an extremely reasonable price but the service I have experienced at this location was above and beyond.”

“I have used American Freight a few times in the past and always get good service. The sales staff are friendly, patient and helpful and the prices are very good. My last purchase was a scratch & dent refrigerator. Delivery and install was really fast but sadly the ice machine was not working so I spoke with Nettie (operations manager) at the store who went above & beyond to set up an exchange. It's rare to get this level of personal attention & service these days. She personally followed up with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough. Incredible service! Not only did they have a great sales price, but they had the stove we wanted in stock and delivered 2 days later. Sales staff was super helpful. The delivery guys called before they came, were a little early, and were super professional. They measured our house, were incredibly strong, and figured out how to get our oven through a tight turn. “I had the best experience ever with Collingswood Sew&Vac .I dropped off my sewing machine on a Saturday , they emailed me on Monday with the details of the repairs needed and a price .After giving the go ahead with the repairs they called me on Friday and said it was finished and ready for pickup .i couldn’t be happier ,and my machine is running beautifully. “Traveled from Philly to this store since there are no longer any Oreck stores in my area. My approximately 20 year vacuum was now difficult to push & not picking up. The gentlemen came out from the back office immediately. Plugged in the vacuum and evaluated what needed to be done. Even though he had a pile of repairs ahead of me he said he would fix it right then. I didn't have to ask, he volunteered. I was so grateful that I didn't need to leave it and make another trip. This man showed what customer service is all about!! He was wonderful and took pride in his knowledge about the product. A rare find in today's world!”
“I had purchased a lawn mower that did not function properly. When I returned it it still had fuel in it which is against their policy. Immediately the manager Oscar got involved and explained the policy issue but still took the lawnmower and approved the return. Outstanding customer service!”

“This is the best Home Depot in the area. Everything is orderly and in the correct place. The hardware section is the best especially when compared to Cherry Hill. Imagine going to a bin and finding what is supposed to be there actually in there! The plumbing and electrical sections are similarly well maintained. I find Jonathon very helpful and the world is a better place because of Dorthea in check out!”

“Went in today and why is this store never staffed I found one person working on a forklift. They stopped what they were doing to help me and then returned to what they were doing meanwhile there was a group of managers at the service desk who ignored me when I walked by”
“They had what we needed, there was plenty of staff out helping people on the floor, and checkout was quick and simple. I enjoyed my experience, I just wish the store was a bit cleaner. Things looked a bit beat up (carts, queue line, lights flickering/out...)”

Laurel, I walked in and an employee I told him I was in a hurry but I needed a windows 11 program. He said sir I will be right back walked into the back of the store came back immediately with the program walked to the register paid for it and walked out. 6 minutes, Thank you Dorien Best Buy sales person Great Job.”

Yesterday’s experience with installation of a new refrigerator was no exception. “Harry’s Plumbing to the RESCUE! In a frantic on the night of July 2, guest in my home and no hot water. OMG! I Called the local gas company. The only appointment was July 3 8pm- 11pm.,Whaaaaat! I Called my Home Warranty Company, Water heater company since the product warranty is good until 2025, and local plumbing companies. If I would have made a claim or had a licensed plumber come out it would have been $100 out the gate., pay for replacement part and wait for it to arrive. Then, depending on the actual service pay $250 an hour minimum. Sheeeeeesh, so with July 4th approaching, I would not have hot water until Friday if i’m lucky. So what did I do? I watched a few you-tube clips. Called Harry’s Plumbing. Rushed across town before he closed at 12 noon. I cannot thank that gentleman enough for saving the day. The part worked. Talk about excitement when that burner ignited. I will keep my 8-11pm appointment nonetheless and enjoy my 4th of July luxuriating in a hot bubble bath. (Smiles) and a huge Thank you!”
