I'm glad others had good experiences, but not me. No one was at the desk when I walked in, and it took 5 minutes for someone to come help me. The woman who then came to help me was quite rude and unhelpful. I will go to a different center next time.

My most recent visit was not the best, however for the most part, the staff was pleasant. The back end process was fine, the front end with scheduling has been an issue almost every time

Great place to donate blood/platelets.. kind and caring staff. If you want to do something good for others and feel good for yourself this is the place to go
