In a world post COVID where customer service is dead and the big box stores are out to test your guessing skill and nervous system, Richard Super and his exceptionally professional team at ABC Discount Appliance are steady with exemplary high standards of service, product knowledge and I will repeat service and value, above all value. Most recently my wife and I set out to spend a very frustrating Sunday afternoon to shop for a propane BBQ grill. Sofia had her heart set on a Weber grill, I as usual was being frugal and we started out at Orange Big Box in Cherry Hill to look and compare hoping to make a purchase in time for Memorial Day. Zero help on the floor, no associate in sight and dismal selection of very limited floor inventory. Off to the blue one we drove where the selection and displays on the floor where ample but again no service associate, one gentleman who was lurking around hiding we approached. He aknowledge he was assigned to the area but had no knowledge of the products as he was a new employee. Off to the one where you need a passport sevearl picture ids and a membership to find the same nonservice frustration and chaos. On Monday morning I called Richard Super at ABC who to me was the encyclopedia of his products. Encyclopedia that is what we had before God created Gooogle, and in less than ten minutes Richard convinced me the Weber grill was the the right purchase and his price was fair. He offered free assembly and delivery and on Wednesday morning bright and early two professional most accommodating delivery experts showed up with our purchase with smiles and humor to deliver and place our grill on our patio. What a refreshing experience. Please go to this heaven of an appliance store. We must support these businesses if we want to keep our sanity and Values alive. You will agree with me if you give them a chance. By the way they accept checks!!! Remember checks?

I highly recommend ABC Discount Appliance. I worked with Ben Boyce, who is by far the best appliance salesman I've dealt with in 40 years of home ownership. Ben is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and he's an excellent communicator. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I was looking for a Bosch dishwasher with a specific set of features, and Ben helped me track down just the right model, and quoted a sale price competitive with stock models at the big box stores. Ben also arranged for a contractor to install the unit. I would definitely work with Ben and ABC again.

If you are in market for appliances shopping, please stop shopping at Big Box stores, they will waste your time and have ZERO knowledge about appliances, we were shopping for an Dishwasher since last 3 months, couldn’t find any one who can help us with knowledge at big box stores, me and my wife were going to Philadelphia and stopped at this location see what price range of dishwasher do ABC APPLIANCES has, we walked in to the store to look at Dishwasher and The service that they provide us was amazing and the knowledge of equipment that they have, we couldn’t find anywhere, we really do appreciate ABC APPLIANCE owner Mr. Mark and his staff for great service and helped us making smart decision on Dishwasher.Thank you.

My husband and I recently bought a refrigerator from ABC Discount Appliances for our home in Ocean City, NJ. Rich Super was so helpful in helping us to purchase this without having to travel to the store. We took measurements and he matched it up with a LG brand that we really liked. We had delivery in two days. The refrigerator fit perfectly in our kitchen. We are so happy with all the great features. The two delivery men Woody and Will called us in advance to say they would be there in 25 minutes. They set everything up and gave us information on how to operate the water and ice maker features. Everything about this purchase was a great experience. I would highly recommend ABC Discount Appliance for anyone looking to purchase an appliance. We will definitely be buying from them again.

I have purchased all of my appliances from ABC for 19 years. They have competitive prices, and their service cannot be beat. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors, and they have also all had very positive experiences. Recently I helped an elderly neighbor purchase a new refrigerator at ABC after she had a terrible experience at a big box store, and they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. She was delighted. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
