The assistant manager just told me that I woukd have to buy something to get cash off od my PayPal card ...why is that when they are charging me 495 to get money off of it anyway.

Someone I know was publicly harassed by their "security" for being suspicious and accused of stealing merchandise. This person was a MINOR. A CHILD! I don't recommend going here for anything.

The pharmacist, Jay, is not only unprofessional, but lacks any empathy. I personally have gone without necessary medicine prescribed by my physicians because of Jays incompetence. I have been using this rite aid for almost two years and in this time he has hindered my wellness no less than 5 separate times. Not only should this person not have a job here, he should not be a pharmacist anywhere. He actively harms the community. If you can get help elsewhere, do so.

Not open 24 hours. Just went at 3:15am on Friday 8/13/21. No reason for it. Don’t even use covid as an excuse there should be employees working. Update your hours.

Sometimes it takes a while when waiting to checkout. Dont use the pharmacy had been shorted pills in the past. Always count before you leave to make sure you have the correct amount
