This business is as crooked of a tow business as I have ever seen in my life. To my misfortune 2 weeks ago Friday my van transmission fluid ran low or out on the Delaware memorial bridge, the bridge police / security called this tow company. Let me say the tow driver was compassionate and understanding, a seemingly nice guy. He was patient while I called my daughter trying to get the balance of the $150.00 he said the tow costs. He even made calls trying to get a discount to help me out. He could see i was living in my van and I showed him my job offer letter I had just got that day.
Subsequently I couldn't come up with it and he explained the storage is $30 a day. I went over to the address the next day only to find out they are closed on the weekend. I couldn't go back Monday because I had to use some of the money for housing. So I got my first paycheck and called the towing place today, a woman told me i needed almost $900.00 to get my van back, I questioned the figure and she said the tow is $250.00, the storage is $45.00 a day! Both of her figures exceed what the driver said, she had the audacity to tell me I should not be listening to the drivers and they shouldn't be quoting prices. For me that sounded like an oxymoron because in most cases of a tow who do you see and pay? The driver! So I called a friend of mines who happens to be a lawyer and he said they are gouging you, suggested I call the state attorney general, so I did, they was appalled and connected me to consumer affairs. I'm going to file my complaint with consumer affairs, I called the better business bureau, and filed a complaint, moreover I just got off the phone with an investigative news reporter asking them to do a segment or two in this business and their business practices because seems like once they have your car they make their own rules, like how do they charge you for storage on days they are not even open?
Like me even if you have the money but they are closed, but you still have to pay. Seems like everything they do is geared towards them getting more money; I'm going to go to the bridge commission as well because I'm almost sure these practices won't be supported by them either.
This business is robbing people but I'm not gonna accept their actions, I been in these clothes since my van got towed... But now I'm mad and gonna take action so no one else has to endure such actions

Let me tell you. This place has outstanding service and is not out to screw anyone. I own over the road trucks. We had a breakdown on the north side of the Delaware memorial bridge. They showed up and fixed my situation. To all of my over the road friends, if the area and need something fixed, do yourself a favor and call them. You will not regret it. This is an unbelievably stand up business. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. THANK YOU NICK'S. I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN

I was driving through Pennsville this morning, going just over the speed limit when one of Mario's tow trucks flew up on my bumper and proceeded to drive close to my bumper. If this is how they drive behind me I'd hate to see how they tow someone's vehicle. From some of the reviews I've just finished reading call someone else anyone except Marios

On the evening of August 7, 2023 I had one of my truck break down outside of Baltimore on highway 895. Another road service company which I will not mention took many hours to arrive and made a temporary fix which got us only 7 miles before failing.Acting on my suspicions that the temporary repair wasn't going to work, I contacted Nick's/Marios Auto Repair in Penns Grove New Jersey.Mario and his service tech Zack could not have been more accommodating. Mario advised me of a Peterbilt dealer near to there location. Zack went picked up the needed factory parts, then went to Maryland and installed them on my truck. My truck was then able to make it back to New Jersey with out a hitch.More important was I was treated like Family through out this whole ordeal. Wonderful service from nick and Mario's towing. I cannot believe how much above and beyond they went to help our company with the desperate position we were in with one of our trucks. They are definitely my first call in the area for any future calls. It's very hard to find towing companies in this day and age with their level of honesty and integrity

Where to start... I work there short term. Realizing he runs his equipment into the dirt. And has no real equipment of his own to properly do jobs. Damages customer vehicles A body damage motor whatever and denies his company doing Seen it with my own eyes plenty of farms the short. I was there.. One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Is overworked underpaid.. Forced to drive DOT vehicles with no correct licensing if you want to work.. I wouldn't take anyone's car there for proper servicing their own fleet falls apart as they use I wish I can go lower than one star

Worst experience, mud everywhere and now I have lights all over my dash and my alignment is off…if you don’t know how to tow a low car then don’t tow at all. Should know how to do it all if you have a business.

Excellent tow truck service off the New Jersey Turnpike on a weekend due a mechanical breakdown. Driver was competent, friendly and respectful. Handled my humble used Honda CRV with care and secured it well to the Jerr-Dan bed. Dropped me for the next tow to my home state via AAA - which he made sure I properly coordinated with. One of the better tow experiences in my life--much better than I expected for sure!Service: Battery
