If you've been in one, you have roughly an idea what to expect.What raised this to a five-star review, however, was that they did NOT have what I needed, and the person at the desk readily suggested to me which other stores nearby might have carried what I wanted, rather then directing me to try his employer's website.THAT is being helpful, my dude, and for that, this store gets five shiny orange-yellow stars from me.”

“I bought two new doors for my car and they gave me a estimate without seeing how bad my old doors were when I dropped the car off they said it might b more because they didn’t know the doors were that damaged and they may need to do some extra work. I got my car back maybe a day later which was really fast and they didn’t change the price even tho my car was beat before they fixed the doors, they are super friendly and I’m most likely to go back for any other problems with my car I 100% recommend .”

“If you care about your car this is the only body shop you'll take it to! There is no visual evidence my car I had a prior accident. Essentially a perfect repair! I was worried the flat grey color would be 'hard' to match but it was no challenge for this body shop.”

“Bought a refurb battery and a few other things here. Way cheaper. Battery was $40.00. Battery still works great in Mid April when was bought in Mid Sept with no issues what so ever. It did need an initial jump which is expected on some new batteries, but has yet to die on me since it was installed into my truck. Even had it temporarily dropped into an Expedition when it was around 20 degrees out while my Ranger was being repaired (Expedition battery was bad and we couldn't get a jump) and it fired right up with no problem. I need some other parts and will call them when they open back up.”

“We went in for an odd tool. The clerk helped us personally as he wasn't quite sure what we were looking for. When he realized what it was he said they didn't have one in the store... But had one brought over from their warehouse by that afternoon. On a weekend to boot. You might pay a little more at a place like this then you would at like AutoZone, but at least you're getting somebody who's knowledgeable and helpful, and you know that they're going to have or be able to get what you need. The guys at AutoZone are useless. And make zero effort.”

“NYE (early NY day) my car was smashed while parked. (Ahhh, the joys of city living and on street parking). Well, I had a friend in VA suggest Service Kings. And, it was a great suggestion. They emailed me the docs and estimates, they kept me abreast of the work, shared details along the way, gave me quotes for additional things, and most importantly, fixed my old batter ram of an SUV. She even feels a little better than before as far handling. Now, this place is not cheap (I USED INSURANCE); BUT they guarantee their work, and they give boss instructions on how to care for your newly repaired and painted vehicle. So, if you want really great work and great customer service or really care about the appearance of your car and you can afford it, check out Service Kings Collision in Claymont, DE. It's down the road from the storage place right before the old Tristate Mall if coming from Philadelphia pike or after if coming from 95.”

“I had a front exhaust leak. So I immediately went to Meineke. They provided an estimate of $529 to replace the flex pipe and repair the flange. While conversing with a colleague at work, he referred Midway. i called the next day and received an estimate of $180 for the same exact repairs. Roy took my car immediately upon arrival and had it fixed in less than an hour. I highly recommend this shop based on the customer service experience first, and the low prices was icing on the cake.”

“She scaned my car and found the problem and sold me the problem cure and it worked and I'm very happy with the service the little girl gave me she was very helpful and nice this morning to a handicap person and was very sweet about telling what to do for the problem. She said to try the cleaner first then go to the shop and the engine light is out it resolved the problem for a reasonable price . She was very knowledgeable about my car and helpful to me I will go back again when I have a problem with my car I bought my battery there before when I needed one. I liked her very much .”
