I've been a customer for years, and have always had a good experience here.

The husband and wife team fit us in at the end of the day when other places around that we called were too busy. My YA child and I got good pedis and gel manis with a side of good conversation. It's the sort of standard aging nail salon that I would usually avoid from the outside. The service was pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced. It's been a few weeks and I'm in need of another mani from nail growth, but other than one crack I'm sure caused from carelessness on my part the manicure has held up beautifully.I didn't have any concerns about cleanliness. They used bowl liners for the pedis. Not sure if they sterilized their tools, but they were clean.

I wandered into Vogue's nail salon on a whim. It was very near to their closing time and they did a dip manicure on me without complaint. My technician was Kim and the nail design was done by Amy. I found the store to be clean and quiet. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I'll be returning to get a mani-pedi next and will post a subsequent review. I hope that my experience will be as good as the first! I had no experience with the male owner, so I can't speak to negative reviews of his attitude. The ladies that worked on me were very polite. I'll be back!

Somehow this guy managed to take down my scathing 1 star review in 2 days so i assume he does the same to others. Every word was true and provable. Bottom line: he charged me $65.00 for a juvenile service (gel fill manicure --lifting after 2 days) and a "swirl design a 2nd grader could do which he claims is next best to the Mona Lisa. He's arrogant, irrational, insulting and married to the owner. Dirty station. Go anywhere else. Read fast before he takes this one down too.

Idk how u guys had experience in this salon. But I've been done my nails for 5 years and it's such a great place for me to get my nails done. Especially Kim, I really like her, she always treats me well and does professionally. I vote this place for 5 stars to let you guys know that there're no worries about the service and staffs here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. WARNING: This place is unprofessional, unreasonable, and rude. I genuinely could not believe how poorly my mother and I were treated at this sad excuse of a nail salon. We walked in without and appointment and were immediately placed in chairs with our nails soaking to remove the gel. The owner didn't tell us there was a wait. He just sat us down. He started to scrape off some of the top coat but quickly realized it had to soak more. Then, another customer walked in who was clearly a regular and more important to the owner. After another 10 mins of soaking with no one to check on us, my mom and I removed the gel from our nails by ourself, washed our hands, and told them we had to leave. At this point, we realized we were not going to be able to get our nails done at this place. While trying to leave, the owner began to yell at us and tell us we owed him $20 for the gel removal. I was shocked. He literally did NOTHING to warrant that kind of request. I tried to talk to him reasonably; however, he was becoming more and more angry and aggressive. He then lowered the price to $10 for the gel removal. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there without him getting more upset at me, so I gave him the $10. He slammed it in the cash register. I guess if you're a regular here and tolerate the abuse from the owner and technicians, this place is for you. I have more self respect than that and will never return there.

My wife went here. It is filthy, dirty and horrible customer service. Poor ventilation. “Manager†smokes out the back door and you can smell it as you are getting your pedicure. I don't know how they are in business.

After supporting this business for more than ten years, I will no longer be a customer at Vogue Nails. Peter, the owner, has no respect or appreciation for the longtime support of our community in Pennington. I will not be subjected to the nasty, abusive, unappreciative dispositions of the staff and owner.

Please be careful! This salon hires inexperienced people who are not licensed..A young girl over scrubbed my heal leaving a burn mark that got infected. I went to my doctor and he confirmed that I had an infection and he gave me 2 week antibiotics. I called the Salon and spoke to Kim, owner of the salon, and sent her a picture, via cell phone, and she was not sympathetic and she did not return my money. I could have sued this salon but i did not because I had been a customer for 12 years. I'm no longer a customer. Also, please know that Kim's husband, does not know how to do nails well, it's very mediocre. He's a very arrogant man who really see women as subservients.. Please be careful and make sure you ask if all the workers are licensed and have experience. If no, go at your own risk, especially, with your children.
