Outstanding service from the first phone call! All pricing and the process was explained completely and an appointment was made for the next morning. The men were extremely professional and thorough! They both answered all of my questions and gave knowledgeable advice. I strongly recommend their services for all septic maintenance needs!!

I have worked in the Hopewell Valley for the better part of 25 years. I have served as a public health official specializing in environmental services and now work as a septic system inspector privately. Throughout my time in the area, I have always been able to count on Valentino Roman & Son to help me, the residents I served, and clients to this day.As a health official, I was always confident that referring a resident who needs help with a pump out. Now I enjoy a relationship where they assist my business by pumping for my clients, so I can evaluate the tanks from top to bottom. Roman is timely, thorough, and fair with pricing. They're not cheap, but if you want cheap, you sacrifice service.They take the time to fully clean and clear the tanks, unlike many competitors who just pull off the liquid and leave too many solids behind. They also check on the system and alert the homeowners to any issues that they should be aware of. Cheap companies pump and run. They don't take the time to do the job right and will knowingly allow your system to be damaged or destroyed.If you want a service provider who is reliable, honest, and will help keep an eye on your septic system over the years, Valentino Roman & Son is the company for you!

We already relied on Valentino Roman & Son for maintenance, but today we had our first septic emergency. Despite the recent storms and an already booked day, they managed to squeeze us in for an emergency pump. We are so grateful for their courteous, efficient and friendly service. They do a great job , but when I was asked to have a car moved in my driveway, and told him the car can't be moved because it doesn't run, he gave me a snotty Ok!! Plus he didn't put the grass back on top of the septic plates.
