When I call the office today.My usual agent which is very good was not available.Regrettably the insurance agent that I was connected to was anything but cordial, even muting my conversation with him at times.Regrettably New Jersey has a tendency of not showing much compassion. When they should. If I didn't have other agents that were very good I would walk away from this office.Therefore I will continue with Allstate.

When I switched to Thomas Murphy’s Allstate Agency they sat down with me and explained all of my policies and exactly how they work. They were completely professional and straight to the point. And, they continue to reach out to me when each of my policies are ready to renew to make sure that I have what I need. They never try to sell me on something that I do not need. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.Customer Service is Everything!!!I switched from the Ewing agency because I never received the customer service that I needed and they would automatically add things to my policy without notifying me.

Very cooperative, customer friendly, answers any question with lots of patience. I'm extremely happy dealing with your staff. Available any time during work hours, no wait time. If I leave a message out of your work hours, the call will be returned in the very first hour next day.
