As a first time single mom finding a place to care for my daughter while I worked was a difficult decision to make but The Learning Experience made the choice an easy one to live with. We started at TLE when my daughter was about 18 months old and stayed until she was almost 5. The curriculum is age appropriate and enticing for the little ones. She comes home and cant wait to tell me all about her day. They provide all meals throughout the day which is one less thing I worry about and they keep in touch with pictures and updates through the app so I can see how shes doing when im not around. The hours worked perfectly for me working fulltime and we loved seeing Ms. Mise and Ms. Aretha and Ms. Kate every morning at drop off. The staff there have nurtured and watched her grow over the years and the work they've poured into her academically but also emotionally and socially shows! There have been some changes in staff over the years but, Ms. Ro, Ms. "Mise", Ms.Kumba and multiple others have been such a pleasure to work with from the beginning and have brought soo much joy to my baby. Ms. Tanesha, over the last few months, has taken the foundation of TLE and made it even more enjoyable for all the kids AND parents. I loved being openly invited to school events like field day and trunk or treat. We are sad to leave but so glad she got to experience everything she did while there. If I had to do it all over I would gladly pick the TLE team again and again.

This unfortunate email has been long overdue. My daughter was enrolled in this school or a little over a year. In the beginning things were running well and smooth when Ms. Gabby and Ms. Ro were there. After Ms. Gabby left and Ms. Ro was promoted things went quickly downhill. There was a severe lack of communication. Emails don't get responded to. If your child was hurt you wouldn't get a call until late into the afternoon when it was near pick up time. When you did get there to pick up your child you can hear the teachers yelling at the kids from the playground. This doesn't apply to all the teachers. There are many of them who are trying their best and are picking up the slack but it's hard when there is a lack of management. What kind of facility asks the parents to stay in the classroom for a few minutes until they can figure out who can come into the class in for them to get into ratio? The whole place is falling apart. Literally, I witness drywall being picked off the wall by children. I really hope the best for this school for the sake of the children. I gave them about 4 months to get things in order but it never got better.

Not good. The Admin are very disorganized and will not answer their emails or chats in the app. They haven't communicated well since day 1. If you love your children, don't send them there

I enrolled my child in the center after a virtual visit since we were moving from far away. Someone called to confirm my orientation when we moved to the area (they were lovely) however when I showed up the next day the director and regional director were confused as to why I was there and didn’t know I was coming. They asked that I come back another time because they were getting ready to have a fire drill. Since I had nothing else to do that day and I was already there I said I would just go to the parking lot and wait to have the orientation until after the fire drill (20-30 mins)- not a problem at all. I’m so glad I stayed because in this short time I witnessed kids ~1.5-2 years old being yelled at by a teacher for not moving quickly enough and then the regional director yelling at everyone (kids and teachers) that this performance was unacceptable etc. Even if that was the case, that’s to be dealt with with the staff and at best it was unprofessional. But with all the yelling and harsh treatment of the kids, I couldn’t send my child here. I also thought about it for a few day and I felt the treatment of the children was so inappropriate that I called corporate. I would really encourage people to look at other local daycares instead.

Normally I do not do this, but I highly do not recommend any parent to enroll their child at The Learning Experience-Hopewell as well as anyone looking for employment. As a former employee, I would like to say I was truly disappointed in how the company was managed. The director Ms.Tanesha and the district manager Ms.Rowe are very unprofessional and prejudiced! For example, a former employee was leaving and I volunteered myself to be in the toddler A classroom to give it a feel. Ms. Rowe and Ms.Tanesha made it known they would give it some thought because of the language barrier that was going to have an effect with communicating with another teacher. Instead of letting me try and work with the employee, they made it known that they want a Latino employee to work with the toddler teacher who does not speak English. I would also like to make known, Ms.Tanesha is not meant for the director position, on my first day, instead of greeting me and showing me around the school again on my first day, she asked “who are you?” And assigned me to a class that I had to look for on my own! The only person who greeted me and checked up on me to make sure I was okay was Ms.Tamese! Ms. Tanesha’s tone of voice is highly aggressive and speaks to her staff like they are dumbfounded. Classrooms are out of ratio daily, kids are being thrown into classrooms left and right. The toddler B is a 18 months-24months class, but currently has children who are 15 months in the class. Staff has to remind her that they are to young, but she still proceeds to place them in classes they do not belong in. The cook is very unsanitary! I found hair in the veggies, she does not wear a hair net. The director is serving food without lids on the containers. I was looking to enroll my child at TLE, but the classrooms are very nasty. The carpets are filthy. The toys are not age appropriate for my infant daughter. TLE you need to do better with management. Parents are dis enrolling their children and staff are leaving because of how management is being handled.

My son started at TLE during the pandemic at 3 years old. Ms. Ro and staff have been wonderful implementing curriculum and fostering growth and leadership in their students. They have made learning fun and exciting. Sending B off to kindergarten reading and writing with confidence ready to take on the world! We have loved being a part of the TLE family!

We have three young children that attend TLE. The daycare is safe for my children to grow physically and emotionally. They do a great job keeping it clean and focused on each child’s health and well-being. Each of my children has a unique, sometimes challenging, and always energetic personality. The staff and teachers treat each one with such respect and care - even on their most difficult days. It is a home away from home for each of My children. As a parent, one of my favorite aspects of the pre-school level is their curriculum. It is play focused and thoughtful. Each lesson is strategies for different types of learners. I love hearing about what the kids learned on the drive home from TLE each evening.

I’ve had a great experience with the learning experience! My child has been attending here for about 2 years now and I’ve noticed such a difference with her and she has really grown since she’s been with the learning experience. The learning curriculum and the teachers are great! Ms. Row does a great job in making sure the kids are safe and the parents are happy! Would definitely recommend to everyone , you’re kids will be here safe and loved here.

We first sent my son to rwj day care in Lawrenceville. But was not happy so decided to sent Neil to Tle hopewell when he was 18 months old . That was the best decision we took as he was growing he got smarter there as they have a good curriculum and especially craft work. I liked the the kids room as all of them are well kept and colorful. The teachers are very kind and knowledgeable. I like the friendly vibes so again I bought Neil for his summer program. This will be his last year . Will always miss the teachers. Thanks a lot to miss Sheri , miss Georgina , miss kumbha, miss Jackie, miss tamise , MIs Liz . Not forgetting our miss romine . We will always cherish the memories of Tle and remember the hard work the teachers put in for the little ones so they are ready and smarter for the elementary school.Thank you Tle hopewell friendsRegardsLal tolani

I just would like to start off by saying before the new director came in (referring to Miss Tanesha), the center was completely different, now with this new director Miss Tanesha she has children that are only 14 months old in classes with 18-24 month old children because they are extremely short staffed since everyone keeps quitting or getting fired. Everyone keeps quitting because they are extremely unorganized and unprofessional, I also would like the parents who pay for the summer program to know that water play includes the teachers literally spraying your children with a water hose not a sprinkler! They do in fact have sprinklers that do not work, as well as they have teachers who do not have their fingerprints in or their trainings done working in classes with children and changing diapers. I also would like to state that they are constantly moving children all day long from class to class constantly having no teachers because they are unable to keep any staff which isn’t healthy for the children. Also, since I started working here they have not had a lead teacher for the prepper class, so the children have no consistency. There’s a new teacher in there every single day. I was also wrongfully terminated and the director refuses to give me a letter of termination, multiple parents have called the state because classrooms are constantly out of ratios, they had an extremely bad bee issue and children were getting stung and the parents were not being contacted. The center is complete chaos and all they care about is the money and getting more children in the school even though they are clearly understaffed and continue to be even though there are teachers quitting everyday and being fired.

My son has never been to daycare before and he was three going on four. once I came here to visit I instantly fell in love everybody is so caring, nice, & eager to be there. the facility is very clean, very friendly ..the kids love it there ..my son loves it there. he wakes up every morning and says hes ready to go to school. He is learning so much... how to write his name , when his birthday is... how to sing the alphabet and I'm sure many other things he just comes home and surprises me every day.. this school couldn't have been a better decision . His teacher ms.Sheri is the best. She is so patient & you can tell that she loves what she does ! That makes me feel alot better knowing he is in good hands while im at work. I'm very happy and will be sending my other kids here in the future.

My son loves this school. He’s very enthusiastic each day to attend and expresses what he’s learned at home. We are very please with the positive impact this school has on children. The staff ensure they are learning, having a fun time and well cared for. They are sure to communicate effectively and timely to keep parents well informed.

Ms. Aretha has taught my 3 year old so much since she's had her in the class. She now identify her letters and traces her number, letters, and name. She also recognize her name along with the days of the week. I love her program and the approach that she has taken with all of her students.

Learning experience In Hopewell is great. All of my 3 kids go here. The teachers and staff are amazing. My kids learn so much every day. The school curriculum is very engaging, there are a lot interesting and fun activities and lessons. My kids learned how to count to 10 in a different language And just surprised me by counting in the car! They also enjoy their school lunches as well as snacks. We love this school. From the management to the administration to the teachers to everyone working there- they are doing amazing job and I am very grateful for the quality of care my children receive. Thank you Learning Experience!

I love TLE! The classrooms are so neat and clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and their learning curriculum is outstanding. Ms. Roy is wonderful and she takes a lot of time with her students. She helps all of her students grow and develop. As well as keeping parents informed on their child’s development and progress. She is such a joy to my son’s life! The Director Ms. Ro is phenomenal and she knows every child’s name that walks through the doors. That goes a long way and I would recommend parents sending their children here!
