The stylist that cut my hair was very nice. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut. She really listened and seemed to care about what she was doing. I got a senior cut and I wasn't very happy that the cost increased again.

Arrived 3 minutes late for a 6:45pm appointment(store closes at 7) and was told they decided to close since I was late. No one else was at the store.

waited an HOUR after properly checking in, only to have others consisntelty called before me. had to walk out after an hour and a half of unsuccessful waiting. James and his colleagues can’t manage that store for their lives

I wanted to express my feelings about Super Cuts in Pennington.I went in unexpectedly one day right before I was going to go away for a weekend. James and Erin were there. When I said I have thick, long curly hair, Erin was sweet and said, I think your person may be James. He’s very good with curly hair. With her suggestion, I had James do my hair and oh my gosh I can’t tell you how pleased I was. It not only looked beautiful and probably the best blowout and curl I have ever had. It made my vacation so much nicer because I was so happy with what my hair looked like.I also booked my daughter right after my appointment. James did her hair as well and she absolutely loved it. This will definitely be my back up place whenever. I have anything special to attend.I have also used Erin and she is wonderful as well.When I went in yesterday, I also noticed Joe was another stylist, and he was doing a haircut and style. I have to say I was very impressed by both of the haircuts and styles that Joe did.This is definitely your place to go if you live in the Pennington, Hopewell, Lawrenceville or Ewing area. Not only is everybody very sweet and kind. They are all great stylists, and very professional!It’s not easy to find somebody that can make me happy as far as a blowout with my thick curly hair!James is definitely an amazing stylist!!

Great experience! Walked in at 2pm on a Tuesday with no appointment and was attended to immediately. Woman who cut my hair was pleasant and nice to talk to, but unfortunately I forget her name. The haircut itself was professional and I like it a lot! Good price, too. Definitely coming back!Service: Haircut

Made an appointment for 12 pm. Walked in and there were FOUR OTHERS in line in front of me. Then I was called to get my cut around 12:30 but there was a woman who was scheduled before me for 11:45 AM, and it was only fair to let her go first: Overall, the system is a mess. Not sure why supercuts Pennington requires online appointments if they aren’t followed?

Not a fan of writing negative reviews but I feel this one is warranted.Called twice the morning to see if appointment was needed, the lady that answer very dry said "you can just walk in" and hung up. Walked in around 3 pm to a unwelcoming "how can I help you?" Asked for my name, did some clicking on the computer, I said "it's my first time here" and her response was "OK". Went over to her station asked how I wanted my hair cut and in 10 maybe 13 minutes I was done.Really felt unwanted there.

Less than one star. I asked for a simple blowdry. I should've known when she kept saying we should use a diffuser and keep it curly. She didn't rinse all the conditioner out so when she went to blow it dry is smelled like it was burning. It was a frizzy mess. Blowing dry hair at a hair salon is not exactly rocket science. I had to do it myself.They were rude too. Acted as if i was in the wrong. Do NOT go there if you are a woman with shoulder length hair. In retrospect I remember them asking if i wanted a hair cut. I honestly cannot believe they are in business.Horrendous. I went there about a year ago and i guess i got lucky because someone did a great job. That person is obviously gone now. Do not go there
