I'm glad the pharmacy is open back up to regular hours. I got a notification on my Walgreens app that my prescription was automatically refilled so I went in and got it in just a few minutes!

Worst pharmacy ever. Opens at 9:30? And closes at 6? What? And then closed on the weekends. If you work, good luck picking up your prescription. Plus they close for lunch. Why?

I miss the old staff, where is Silvanna from the Pharmacy? My wife adored her... the workers seemed confused, when I asked to speak to mgr I was told by a worker he runs out early every day... luckily I was able to get a few things from the market next door but this was so frustrating I see why I didn't come in since 2020!

That Pharmacist woman is obviously in decline and thinks her title allows her to talk to people asking polite questions in a simple way?? Shame because the other staff is nice. Place looks like its falling apart but thanks to the nice guy behind the glass and the lady at the register for helping me. Still I am gonna start going elsewhere for my meds!

I'm an elderly woman who used this drugstore about a decade ago when it was owned by Rite-Aid, but after years of them rarely having my prescription ready when it was supposed to be, I eventually bailed and started using another pharmacy. It's very close to where I live, so I decided to get my covid booster there. How bad could it be? It was now owned by Walgreens! I got online and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived on time the next day, the harried pharmacist began asking me for all the information that I'd previously provided online while also requiring me to fill out and sign a paper form. All this while standing in line with a bunch of unmasked patrons. I repeatedly asked why I had to provide the exact same information that I'd already provided while registering online, but I did exactly as the pharmacist asked and then went to the waiting area, happy to finally get 6 ft away from all the unmasked people in line behind me.Evidently, the harried pharmacist found my questions quite alarming because at this point he must have pushed some kind of panic button behind the counter. A panic button that summoned the store manager. From behind the counter, the manager starts talking to the elderly woman who'd been behind me in line, loudly mentioning that she had the right to refuse service to anyone she wants while looking pointedly over to me. Awesome! When she came over to the waiting area, I told her that the entire re-preregistration process set off all kinds of red flags for me. Specifically, I questioned whether, if Walgreens couldn't get it together on pre-registration, it was logical to wonder what else they struggled with. Like, for example, keeping the vaccine stored at the proper temperature. At this point, she starts accusing me of trying to get the pharmacist's license pulled. What? When I mentioned that another chain drugstore where I'd received my first 2 vaccines didn't make me spend 15 minutes providing redundant information while waiting in line with a bunch of unmasked people, she responded with this gem: "Well, they didn't do it right then." Again, what???Confronted with all of this drama, I simply said "I think I'm gonna pass on the booster today, thanks" and turned to leave the store. She did the whole sarcastic "Gurl, Bye" thing, complete with a little wave. I guess that made her feel better about running a drugstore that, even under new ownership, appears to remain staffed by some of the most incompetent medical "professionals" I've ever encountered.I went to another chain drugstore the next day for the booster after pre-registering online. I had to wait 20 minutes for the shot, but at least I didn't have to wait in line with a bunch of unmasked people, providing information that I'd already entered online or filling out and signing a paper form. No harried pharmacist with his finger on a SWAT-team panic button. No yelling store manager. No unnecessary drama. And no unmasked patrons breathing down my neck. Just competent medical professionals doing their jobs.

Had my Dr call in for Meds for my cancer treatment. They had all my insurance coverage! Never got return calls! Had to always call back! Finally I got a few pills for $51. That was it and for any more they said they approved and for over a week and 1/2 I went back and forth with no resolution!\\nFinally I had my Dr call my other insurance and received meds in 3 days with 9 months supply for .81 per month!\\nWallgreens had this info but never worked in it?\\nWouldn’t deal with them ever again!

The pharmacist, pharmacy assistants, and franchise owner have all given me excellent service here. They are perceptive and efficient.\\n\\nI try to be extra-patient with staff at any retail pharmacy, because the big insurers have made their jobs extremely difficult. (How would you like to deal with insurance companies all day long? That’s my idea of hell.) However, in this case I haven’t needed to make a special effort to be understanding.

Worst customer service I have seen. I will not shop there ever again..save yourself. Don't shop here. I drove out of my way for a product they said they had in stock when I called ahead. Got there 15 mins later. No product on the shelf. I would expect better. No wonder this store has horrible reviews on Google.

I called to get my prescription transferred from a different walgreens. The pharmacy staff was beyond rude to me for absolutely no reason. Definitely use this walgreens as your absolute last resort.

The people are nice but I constantly get calls from them saying my prescription is ready, and it isn't. Then I call to make sure they have 2 prescriptions that I need and they tell me yes, they will be ready by 4. Then i get there and they are clueless and say 1 of them isn't even in stock. The whole point of me asking for both ( which I had to call twice and wait for almost 30 minutes ) was so that I didnt have to make 2 trips. It is just such a bad system they have with the worst communication

They had me on hold for a half hour when I needed to tell them something about my medicine and then picked up and hung up on me. Thanks Walgreens.
