One star is too much to give. I call last week and the customer service agent gave me a nice quote which I didn’t took because I was looking for others. Well I called back on September 1st and the lady that answer was so rude, disrespectful and and hung up the phone . I called back the customer service and the guy talking to me gave a number to call Ray Saire. I called today and to my surprise the same lady answer then phone rude again and disrespectful. She yellled at me and told me” I already give you a quote $437 monthly” and hung up the phone. I was really mad. I called State Farm in Hamilton and this nice guy gave me quote and all the info. I got it it with him. He couldn’t believe she said that price and how rude she was. Si I’m reading another reviews and I see saying a disrespectful lady and I know is true.

I am using state firm for last 4 years and recently moved to Pennington. So, I called this office talked to someone in the office and she was very disrespectful and hung up the phone. Thanks for your response Mr. Ray Sayre Jr. I hope you know that I called your office 2 times this morning and you heard both the conversations between me and your employee. I can assure you that your employee DID hung up on me for the first time. Well, if I misunderstood it, then best of luck with your business.

I stopped into State farm in Pennington New Jersey.Although the office refused even allow me to enter the building in order to receive a insurance quote.I believe the covid concern is taken out of proportion with his office. In comparison other businesses are completely open although this company still remains closed after 2 years. When are they going to open up to the public. If this office goes out of business they have no way to blame other than themselves in my personal opinion.

Called for assistance with an insurance policy for a coworker and was told they wont send the document without coworkers request. Told them to hold on as i put him on the phone and she responds with no im not going to send the documents since the customer can get it online. Been in the customer service business for years and this is the worst most disrespectful service Ive ever gotten.

Dropped my deceased mother's homeowners policy without warning. Made no attempt to offer an insurance product to keep the property insured while being sold. The only communication we received was the cancellation letter

They were there for me when my new car was in an accident. I bundled my home owners insurance and received a significant discount in my car insurance.

Do not do business with Raye Sayre or State Farm if you care about you sanity or plan on depending on them in any sort of crisis. I was told 3 times I had the insurance on my car that was necessary when I did not. Each time this office said they had no idea what was going on. They have no communication with the head office. They charge exorbitant prices. I was charged $214.00 a month when I have an excellent driving record. After closing my account with them they STOLE almost $400.00 out of my bank account. I spent over 20 hours having to make phone calls between 9 and 5 on weekdays to get this money back (so convenient I can only talk to you when I need to work). Then I was told I needed to wait one month to recieve my money back in a paper check (funny they can take it electronically but can't return it electronically). After one month, I received a check for 78 dollars from Mr. Sayre. I had to make a million more phone calls to get the correct amount returned an additional 5 weeks later. I was promised someone would follow up with me endless times. They never did. After immense distress, I insisted that the manager let me speak with upper management because this was absolutely rediculous. I was told I would be refunded the final amount and the overdraft fee all this cost me. Even upper upper management couldn't accurately tell me how much the check sent would be worth prior to it being sent. Fortunately, I finally got most of my money back. I never received the overdraft fee they owe me and agreed to repay me. I am too emotionally drained to go further. I have never heard or seen Mr. Sayre. He has never called to apologize for how I've been treated. Don't do business with these people. Save yourself the money and trauma and go somewhere else. Amica charges me $150.00 a month for the same full coverage insurance.
