46 NJ-31, PenningtonWent recently during a cooler evening and only 2 other people there. Excited to see an ice cream place with orange and cream soft serve. Got to taste their black raspberry hard ice cream and it was creamy and delicious.
The orange and cream soft serve was good but not the best I've had. The orange was more like a sorbet and tangy which I thought would have balanced nicely with the vanilla but it was too watery in comparison. It was icy while the vanilla was soft and creamy. The tang from the orange was pretty overpowering.
I think I'd opt for the hard ice cream next time instead. Some other reviewers mentioned being asked for a tip but that didn't happen to me when i was being served by an older lady.
